We ordered our brass bath and only had to wait a few weeks for delivery. Bathtub arrived in perfect condition and we are perfectly happy with our our bay and the service we received from renaissance

Absolutely LOVE my new cast iron bath
Absolutely LOVE my new cast iron bath! The finish is beautiful, and it's a neat size for my smaller bathroom. If anyone wants to have a bath and a shower, this works perfectly with the Mira Dual Decor electric shower, no water spillage (with shower curtains) as the tub is so deep.

The products we ordered appear to be of…
The products we ordered appear to be of a high standard however the delivery was not. I paid £100 for delivery and they will only deliver to the pavement. They will not bring into the house. This is their policy. I order a heavy bath and radiator. The delivery unpacked on the pavement and videoed the bath and took pictures. They left it like that and left the crate it was on . I then had to ask several neighbours to help me move it the 10 feet into my house. Very poor service

In relation to your delivery - we try to be as transparent as we can and do specify that we only offer a kerbside delivery service on our website & email confirmations.
We are aware that cast iron radiators & cast iron baths are extremely heavy and kerbside delivery can be challenging for our customers.

Poor quality and poor handling
My fire surround is marked and dented all over. And its just laminated sections of oak not solid. The mortice and tenon joints are very loose and the front foesnt line up flush. Also cut out of square. Apart from that its bang on.
