Responsive and helpful
I needed to get the sink I had ordered asap, to be able to move on with our renovation, as another company had blown out on the arrival date for delivery. I phoned the admin team and they were super responsive and helpful. I was kept informed along the way and the sink arrived in time, which looks fabulous on the stone bench top. Thank you very much.

The best customer service
The best customer service. We had a faulty bin mechanism and the were quick to offer solutions and then a replacement part which came super quick. Very happy and appreciate the quick and friendly service.

The sink I ordered come with connectors…
The sink I ordered come with connectors that are not standard austrlian connectors. The plumber wouldn't install because they said based on their experience the connector will be leaking water pretty soon! I've phoned and emailed your support team about this, but it is still not resolved!

Nice dry towels
Ordering was easy and the heated towel rail arrived in good time. My electrician says installation was straight forward and it works well. However the supplied instructions are rather unclear and also out of date as they don't quite match the product.

Great communications for issue we had…
Great communications for issue we had with our slide out bin. Covered under a warranty claim, the company sent out the replacement frame as soon as it was in stock. No hassles or chasing up. Thanks for the great customer service.
