Good product, fast shipping
Just installed. It is sturdy and works perfectly so far. Shipping was fast, and the waste bin is of very good quality. It is not the cheapest on the market, but given the routine and continuous use, it is worth spending a bit more. We are very satisfied.

disappointed with all the features
I recently purchased the Belle Luxe 3.0 PRO Workstation Sink with high expectations, particularly because it promotes features comparable to premium Japanese workstation sinks. I chose to support a local product, but unfortunately, the product has not met reasonable expectations.
One of the key issues is the water flow noise—it is neither reduced nor eliminated as expected. Upon further inspection, I suspect that the sound-dampening pads underneath the sink may not have been included.
Additionally, the advertised water-repelling feature led me to expect smooth drainage without any pooling. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Water tends to pool, particularly in the drainage area of the accessory basin, which is quite frustrating.
Another concern is the outlet gap, which is too large and allows food scraps to pass through easily into the pipes, potentially leading to future blockages.
Overall, the product does not meet the expectations set by its features and marketing.

The 'pooling' you mentioned is actually the StoneGuard™ Nano-coating at work; it's a hydrophobic feature designed to bead water so it doesn't leave flat films or stains. We’ve also escalated the sound-pad query to the factory for a formal review. We are ready to help as soon as you can get back to our email. :)
Ripoff
I bought a sliding cupboard for my kitchen, it arrived on Friday and it took a few days for the cabinet maker to come and open the box and he found 3 trays faulty, so I called them on Friday, and I was shocked by there response, they straight away blamed the courier and refused to take the responsibility. Ripoff

Happy Customer
All we needed was a bin to go under the sink. This should have been a simple purchase but finding a sturdy item to fit proved challenging.
