Bardzo dobre warunki wynajmu auta - nie trzeba mieć karty kredytowej. Olga zadbała o każdy szczegół, przed wyjazdem podałam wszystkie wymagane informacje niezbędne do przygotowania umowy, tak więc sam czas spędzony w biurze na formalnościach ograniczony został do dosłownie kilku minut. Auto w b. dobrym stanie technicznym, zgodne z zamówieniem. Olga odebrała nas z lotniska, następnie odwiozła na lot powrotny. Wszystko szybko i sprawnie. Polecam

We rented a Peugeot convertible that had mechanical problems from day one; we only received a replacement vehicle 3 days later!

The car we rent was brand new 2024 hyundai i 20. The staff was veery friendly!!!

Een auto gehuurd via Carjet bij de bedrijfsnaam Check Rental Cars. Met verzekering via Carjet en gratis extra bestuurder.
Opgehaald op vliegveld met shuttle. Bij afgifte auto werd mijn creditcard geweigerd (wel juiste pincode, maar geen accordering). Daarom moest ik extra verzekering afsluiten van € 80. Daarbij werd mij verteld dat ik de verzekeringskosten bij Carjet kon terug claimen. Bij navraag nadien bij mijn bank bleek er niets mis te zijn met mijn creditcard, ook bleek ik de verzekeringskosten helemaal niet meer terug te kunnen krijgen van Carjet. Voor de extra bestuurder moest ik ook extra betalen. Normaal zouden mij bij inlevering van de auto € 40 schoonmaakkosten in rekening worden gebracht, maar deze vervielen om coulance regeling, zo werd mij verteld.
De huurauto had 180.000 km op de teller, de bekleding van de bestuurdersstoel was kapot, het dashboard stond ingesteld op de Griekse taal en was voorzien van een Duitse TUV sticker. Hij was meer dan 10 jaar oud en had weinig trekkracht.
Het contact met de verhuurder was uitermate onprettig. Al met al een uiterst vervelende ervaring met dit bedrijf.
