Avoid this website. I am a letting agent and received calls from applicants who saw an advert on this website for one of our properties. They have copied and pasted our photos and description which makes it look legitimate, however we do NOT use this site and have requested they take the advert down. Yet to have a response.

Rentaros is indeed a scam. They will advertise houses already leased just to take money from vulnerable people who are looking for accommodation.

Absolutely disgusting. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up . Same happened with me I signed up for 2.99 for 7 days to contact a landlord directly but when contacted it was estate agents who have no idea what is going on with property anyway I gave up on the properly and never visited the site again also I email them to cancel it after the trail period on the same day Nobody responded to my that email and today I get invoice of £69 which I was not informed also they didn’t mention when they sign up for the trial period. So I emailed them to cancel and refund but they refusing to refund. This website people are clearly scammers sitting behind the screen so beware … avoid avoid. They just trick people to get on the subscription .

I requested a free trial on line for my limited search location. I didn’t see or understand the small print saying they would charge my account £69 at the end of the “free”trial, which they did on the dot. I complained and requested some refund. They point blank refused saying I had paid a subscription and their policy is written in the details that state that cancellation has to be initiated BEFORE the end of the trial period. No flexibility at all. They obviously have no people skills or understanding of what retains customers. A joke company. I would advise anybody considering using
them, not to. You can get the same service by simply looking on any estate agents site on line.

Wish I'd read these reviews before using the site. I signed up on the trial, but couldn't get any pages to load properly. Unsubscribed, or so I thought, but still got charged £69. Company are not responding to my emails. Avoid then at all costs. Absolutely dreadful service, following a product unfit for use.

They advertise properties that are not even available. They also charged me £69 even when I cancelled within 24 hours. It was only when I emailed them twice and asked for tcs that they refunded me.

Absolutely appalling experience.

I paid £2.99 simply to contact a landlord, only to later discover that I had been charged £69 for a subscription that I had no intention of signing up for. The way this was presented was, in my opinion, misleading and completely lacking in transparency.

To make matters worse, many of the properties advertised appeared to be completely out of date. After paying to gain access, I found that several of the properties I was interested in had already gone or were no longer available. It felt like I had paid for access to listings that should have been removed long before.

At no point did I believe I was agreeing to an ongoing subscription costing £69. Like many people desperately searching for somewhere to live, I simply wanted to enquire about a property. Instead, I ended up dealing with an unexpected charge and wasting time chasing properties that were no longer available.

This company should be ashamed of the way it operates. Charging people for access to outdated listings and then taking a £69 subscription payment that many customers clearly do not expect is completely unacceptable. The whole experience left me feeling misled, frustrated, and angry.

If you are considering using this service, be extremely careful before entering your payment details and do not assume the properties advertised are actually available.

I would never use this company again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

This is an online rental service that claims to provide access to property details, including owner identification and contact information. Do not rely on it, as these features did not work as advertised. In addition, the platform charged an unauthorised £69 on the credit card, for a “premium” category on top of the initial £2.99 subscription, without proper consent or clear authorisation.

Paid £10 for. Two week trial. Now been hit with a subscription at £ 69.
Didn't see where it said this would happen, now got all the trouble of cancelling and trying to get a refund!!!!

Scammer, fake website. Do not pay anything. Your money will be stolen.

Scam. DO NOT USE. Info is out of date or inaccurate and they have hidden T&Cs that mean you sign up to a monthly subscription that you don’t realise you’re signing up to. Unethical & misleading.

Scam, they make you pay £2.99 to access the contact, once you get the contact all properties are unavailable as they don’t update their website, apparently they charge you £69.99 after 7 days without letting you know, I haven’t got to that point yet but I’m trying to delete my account and I’m unable to do so, do not use this webpage

My experience has been just as others whose reviews appear here. I've only rated one star as I couldn't leave a review otherwise.

Avoid this company- the information provided is the same as which is available on estate agents' websites. The sign up process does not make it clear in any way that a £69 fee will be charged after only 7 days.

I've taken advice and understand that not only does there have to be a 14 day cooling off period, but the company's practices breach consumer rights legislation. It may 'only' be £69 but I have been advised to recover this via the Small Claims Court.

They charged me £2 to get the contact details of the landlord for a property I was interested in, only for the property to not be available.

A week later they then charged me £69 with no warning for a membership to continue to access their “service”.

This happened to me too. I was charged £69.99 with no warning. My bank declined it twice, because it considered it suspicious. When I saw it, I tried to cancel any subscription I may have accidentally signed up for but couldn’t find anywhere on the website to log in. Third time lucky they succeeded in taking the payment. The person responding to emails refused to refund. This person should be arrested. The website itself is not genuine either. You pay £3 to access a phone number of an estate agent which you could have found yourself for free. The property is out of date.

Paid £2.99 for a trial to access landlord numbers and was charged £69 without any clear warning. The “landlord numbers” were actually letting agencies. After checking reviews, it’s clear many people have experienced the same thing. Avoid.

They added £69 after 7day trial in small-print Terms and Conditions. Not transparent, not ethical.!!

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. Do not engage. Exactly the same as other reviews. Despite me having emailed them cancelling the subscription they have charged another £69 to my account. I’m sure my bank will sort this out but at no point should anyone use them

I was charged of £69 without me knowing. I only subscribed for £2.99. THEY GAVE CONTACT NUMBER OF THE LANDLORD BUT IT WAS FOR DIFFERENT COMPANY.
