AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!
A warning to those looking for rented accommodation - AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! Aqua Property Management.
I had the misfortune of dealing with Aqua Property Management during my time living in a house of multiple occupancy. During this time I faced an attempted illegal eviction, faulty electrical wiring which caused several power cuts, non adjustable water temperature in the shower, and most horrifying of all; homeless people temporarily accommodated in what was a house share for working professionals. Unexpectedly finding a dishevelled and unkempt individual going through your fridge at 01:00am is an experience I would not recommend!
Aqua property management displayed substandard communication and property management skills. The majority of concerns which were raised were either ignored or dismissed.
From my personal experience this agency conducts itself in a manner which is disrespectful, dishonest and lacks any sense of integrity. Keep well clear if you want a hassle free existence in your rented accommodation.

Broke contractural agreements
Paid a security deposit for a flat in which they then left on the market and got further enquirers for. Broke several contractual agreements. Really unprofessional and shady agency!!

Absolutely awful management
Absolutely awful management. Try to contact them; you'll be sent here and there. Changes things as they please. Kindly do not use this company and tenants stay away from this company. You can thank me later

Awful! Avoid at all cost
Awful! Do not go to this agent, they do not handle the management well and cause more stress and issues. Save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs.

Very poor management
Very poor management. Once you give them properly very difficult to communicate with them. I personally do not recommend them to anyone.

Thankyou so much to Kowsh for helping my son secure his rented property in Shoreditch.
Both he and his company are ultimate professionals and wouldn't hesitate in recommending both Kowsh and his company if you wete looking for rented accommodation.
