Payment
I e mailed the company to say I had forgotten to cancel the payment with them although I thought Ihad cancelled with my bank . Turns out I had paid with PayPal so the amount was still paid out .. I emailed Adis and he refunded the amount back to my PayPal account .. was very helpful in explaining what I had done incorrectly . Thanks Adis .

This is a scam
This is a scam! I signed up to get the contact details of the landlord - tried calling the phone number for 3 ads, they were not valid numbers.
Did some more research, and the ad for a house they have available for rent, is taken from another real estate agency website. I called them, and this house is for sale, not for rent.
Furthermore, I tried contacting the e-mail they referenced, and a woman there is very "helpful", tells me that this is handled through Tripadvisor. She then proceeds to ask me to send her a copy of my passport - and finally sends a link which has the word 'tripadvisor' in it, and they've made it look like it's the real Tripadvisor, but it's not.
I spoke to Tripadvisor, who informed me they offer NO SUCH SERVICE.
That link is for signing up and paying deposit + 1st month's rent, for a house they don't even own.
SCAM! STAY AWAY!

This is a very helpful site for locating a house. I found contact numbers for lots of landlords in the areas I was searching. Adis from the Rentola team was extremely helpful in assisting me throughout the entire process!
