The company does well in accommodating every user’s personal circumstances for well tailored customer service. Highly recommended.

I set up an account in April when I was desperately looking for accommodation. Within four months (in July), I was moving into my new accommodation. This was possible due to the wide range of properties I could choose from thanks to Rentumo.
I did have an issue with cancelling my account and trying to contact them. However, the matter is finally being amicably resolved thanks to their team and Sam the Country Manager.
If I have to look out for accommodation I would definitely make use of Rentumo again.

I mistakenly did not cancel my subscription and 65 dollars came out of my bank and with just explaining to rentumo they were happy to refund me.

Rentumo helped finding somewhere to rent super easy! As soon as a place matched my description, I was notified right away and able to apply in seconds!
