Refund
I had some initial confusion regarding a subscription charge, but the customer support I received was excellent. They were very understanding of my situation and promptly offered me a full refund. I really appreciate their professional and helpful approach.

Sneaky $65 p/m subscription
Scamming putrid dogs. As if it’s not hard enough to find a rental! These farks want $65 a month for what domain does for free. Sneaky, and disgusting behaviour. Quite un-Australian

This company came to a resolution that fixed my issue, however i’m not sure why my issue happened in the first place and could’ve been prevented. But overall they were extremely helpful.
