I had Oakley x metal Juliet sunglasses needing a repair the bridge on the nose was loose. Alpha omega fixed my sunglasses fast & cleaned the lenses as well. The sunglasses repair was excellent & the box was packed well to protect sunglasses from damage the repair price was reasonable they kept me updated with the repair work by email. Brilliant repair job & excellent service.

Fantastic service. Posted off my Ray Ban Aviator sunglasses as they had a smashed lense. Both lenses replaced and returned to me within 2 weeks. Very happy. Highly recommend.

I had a pair of Stepper titanium frames repaired. Unfortunately, the repair gave way but AlphaOmega agreed without quibble to rectify the problem. I posted my frames on a Thursday and had them back fixed by Saturday morning. This is what first class customer service looks like.

Ive been trying to get my favourite Raybans repaired now for about 2 years after I sat on them. I’ve tried numerous places and everyone of them has said unrepairable and it was just by chance I saw this company online. I got them back the same week and I couldn’t believe what an unbelievable job they’d made of them. They fitted my face perfect again and only charged me £30 for what I thought was a right off. Do not waste time searching, just let these guys sort them out, because they are the best.

Really pleased with the service. I had a pair of Ray-Bans repaired after scratching one of the lenses, and the company communicated really well throughout. They replaced the lenses with genuine Ray-Ban lenses and did an excellent job.

The glasses are now as good as new, at less than half the cost of replacing them. I would happily recommend them to others.

My partner broke his glasses, we took them to the opticians but they said they were not repairable. Sent them alpha omega who provided a first class service, he received them back within 4 days. You wouldn’t know they had been damaged. Will definitely use this service again.

Recently, my father stepped on his Armani sunglasses. They looked totally broken beyond repair. Like, seriously, destination screwed. Arm snapped off, badly bent frame, cracked plastic, everything.

He's difficult to buy glasses for, so I went to see if anyone could repair them, and I found AO.

I'm always sceptical of companies with very good Trustpilot ratings, but I thought I'd give AO a shot because of their reasonable prices.

I got the glasses back yesterday, and they're somehow close to factory new. A few things couldn't be fixed without replacement parts, but the arm was reattached, the frames were bent back into place... and the whole thing was polished up to have the most incredible shine. It was like an episode of The Repair Shop.

If you have a situation like this, don't hesitate to try Alpha Omega.

Broke the arm of my sunglasses, took them back to the shop and they said there was nothing that could be done. I chat GPT’d sunglass repairs and it came up with Alpha Omega. I was apprehensive, but I had nothing to lose as my opticians couldn't fix them. Glasses were returned within 24hours and are now perfect. I am extremely impressed. Cost was £40.

Oh my goodness! I discovered Alpha-Omega by chance browsing the internet for a reputable spec repair service. Having read the reviews (all of which were excellent) - I completed the 'request a quote form'. It was returned really quickly with simple, clear instructions on what I should do next.
I sent my broken specs on Friday afternoon, it is now Tuesday and I am sitting here with them on!!! Fully - and brilliantly - repaired! I'd had them sitting in a drawer for a while thinking they were beyond fixing and now - they are like new!
Rarely do I experience service on this level.

An excellent service from start to finish.
Managed to break an arm of my Ray-Bans and also one of the nose pads of my other pair.
Enquiry sent, and an immediate response regarding repair and replacement. Sent both pairs and received one pair back (nose pads) within 3 days and the the other pair back within five days, including the order of the new arm. Received back via tracked service.
Would highly recommend AlphaOmega to all for a professional and prompt repair and service.

Where to start…I accidentally managed to headbut my partner while he was wearing his new Tom Ford sunglasses on holiday and the nose pad on one side snapped…well they only lasted 2 days and maybe one picture with them on taken 🫣🤦‍♀️so after returning back to the UK the research started and I’m forever grateful finding this company. Not only they responded efficiently to my emails and given me the quotation, they have turned around the repair within 2 days of sending them and returning back. All explained in the email as you obviously prepay return postage and pay to send them off. Excellent customer service and professional work done. I would happily pay more to make sure I won’t be listening what I shouldn’t have done. All repaired and he is a one happy man. Just hope he gets to wear them in the UK🙄
