I had dealt with a company that i thought can help with my problem with my washing machine. They did not help at all and kept giving me bad excuses. Thankfully these guys were able to come with the correct part in hand and fixed my issue straight away. They were fantastic with their service.

Booked in the afternoon, got a confirmation an hour later and engineer arrived bang on time. All for a really reasonable fee. He knew exactly what to do and got my washer dryer back up and running. Very smooth overall

Not impressed. Problem with my washer-drier identified quickly by professional engineer, however a WhatsApp message from head office told him to tell me it was beyond repair. I went online and bought spare parts for £150 and had it fixed three days later. Easy. Saved me about £700 all in, not having to buy a new one.

Absolutely appalling service. The engineer failed to attend the first scheduled visit (8:00–13:30), only calling at 13:00 to say he wouldn't make it, then promising to arrive between 16:00 and 19:00, and never showed up at all. For the follow-up visit, a new window of 8:00–14:00 was confirmed, yet again, the engineer is completely unreachable calls and messages ignored, no update, no courtesy call. We have now been left waiting twice with zero communication. This is causing serious inconvenience. Utterly unprofessional.

This was exceptionally amazing service from the moment i booked online to fault diagnosis and subsequently repair i was extremely happy with this professional service and would highly recommend them.

Quoted £64 to fix the seal on our washing machine. We supplied the model number in advance. We needed a quick fix.
After waiting all day the engineer arrived at 6.45pm. He looked at the machine and said we needed a new seal! (Yes we know- we told you.)
He had no parts with him and would need to order it and make a return appointment in a week or so. No good. Waste of time and money.

Came out to me same day and fixed my dishwasher within 20mins. Top notch service and will use again in future. Highly recommend

Do not use this company. We had an intermittent fault. Their engineer was here for all of 10 minutes and said we’re better off replacing the fridge freezer. When I emailed to complain and request my money back, I was told they weren’t doing anything until I paid £20 which was outstanding from the call out fee. I was told because I didn’t tell them it was an American fridge freezer, I only told them it was a fridge freezer. Even though they asked for the make and model of my fridge. This company will steal your money and do nothing to help. Don’t help!

Excellent customer service from Zak who managed to squeeze me in for the same day. They managed to unblock my drain pump on my dishwasher and get appliance working thanks.

The engineer did a really good job diagnosing the issue with my induction cooker. He quickly identified the problem, explained it clearly, and carried out the repair efficiently.
