A shout out to the trainee and engineer who attended my place today 27th March. My washer dryer was running very hot on any dry cycle. The guys came in and showed me the condenser unit was choked solid with soap, detergent and fluff. This could’ve have caused a fire, as it has in other buildings. Feel stupid not getting more regular services.
Thanks guys for an amazing job.
They arrived within the window, job was super clean and tidy.

Have to give a shout out to Repair Giant for pulling through when another company messed me about. They managed to get someone out on the same day and fix my washing machine. Transparent, friendly, good value and a reliable service. One happy customer!

Washer dryer was leaking everywhere. Adam found the issue right away. A bit of a wait for the morning slot but the repair was spot on.

Engineer was very friendly, prompt and explained what had wrong with the washing machine and showed me proof of damaged part. Also gave me advise on how to look after my washing machine.

Great service from start to finish. I had previously used a different repair company who didn’t manage to complete the repair, so I was a bit hesitant. However, these guys did a great job — they quickly diagnosed the issue with my LG dishwasher and fixed it properly. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.
