Paul visited and fixed my grill
Paul visited and fixed my grill. He also reminded me of other features that my rangecooker has and I've been busy getting reacquainted with my oven. Paul also adjusted the grill so it pulls out a little more. And all with a smile. Excellent customer service. ☺

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Paul was friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He moved the stove carefully to avoid damage to the surfaces and cabinets and replaced the dial spindle quickly and efficiently. He put the oven back in position and cleared up afterwards giving helpful advice on how to clean the cooker in the future. A quick and efficient resolution with great customer service. Thank you.

AVOID !!!
I was referred to Repairtech Services UK Ltd by Rangemaster as my oven has just gone out of warranty. Looking at these reviews I am fairly certain Repairtech Services doesn’t actually employ any engineers. I think they are a broker. Long story short, I was charged £234 in advance with a lot of chatter about disclaimers etc ( alarm bells ) and a promise that an engineer would call me. Most peculiar setup. 2 days later an engineer called me from a reputable repair firm I’ve used before ( for another device ) Within 2 mins the engineer had diagnosed the problem over the phone and presto ! The oven was working once again. I called RepairTech services UK to cancel the call-out. I was told there will be a refund less £36 ‘ADMIN FEE’. I never take out my indignation on the person delivering the news, regardless of how ridiculous. I’ve written to Rangemaster requesting a full refund as the real repair firm confirmed:
a) they don’t charge in advance and
b) in the event the call is cancelled THERE IS NO CHARGE

We are very disappointed to see your review as it is always our best intention to provide great Customer Service.
We confirm that we have a large network of Authorised Repair Agents to enable us to provide Nationwide coverage, and as such we ask the Engineers to call to arrange all appointments to ensure a mutually convenient appointment.
It is fantastic news to hear your appliance is now working due to our Engineer’s prognosis over the phone to you. We must add this over the phone diagnosis saved yourself the full call-out cost of £234.00, which we feel is great value for money! We confirm that upon your request to cancel the Engineer visit we duly issued a refund minus an Administration Fee. Please note, all Customers are clearly informed of this during our Terms & Conditions and in this instance, you agreed to these Terms prior to any payment being made. With regards to the Admin Fee, there is of course a cost to our business for the time taken issuing your quote right through to the logging of the job with an appropriately skilled Engineer. We also trust you can appreciate that there are also additional costs incurred with regards to the cancellation and refund process. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the Repair Agents own Terms, but would advise that your contractual agreement was with Repairtech directly.
We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations in this instance, but we are pleased your appliance is now working to specification thanks to the guidance and skill of our Engineer.

From me reporting the problem to your engineer leaving our house everything was outstanding. Response time was less than 48 hours, Paul the engineer was pleasant, extremely efficient and offered sound advice. We could not be more pleased with the service.

Excellent service
Paul was friendly and efficient. He repaired two faults very quickly despite it only being an inspection call. I just have to pay for the parts and not another visit, which is great! Highly recommended.

Had a visit from Repair tech services today to repair our Rangemaster cooker. The Repair tech representative was extremely helpful and professional. He was knowledgeable about all range cookers and gave very helpful advice as well as fixing the issue. Very impressed.
