Republic of Cats Opiniones 

Pooh really enjoys her food and definitely has her favourites. There were a couple of flavours she wasn't keen on but it was absolutely no trouble to change them. We never had trouble with deliveries but unfortunately Cats Republic have recently changed their courier to Amazon and the last two parcels have gone astray but CR have been very helpful in trying to resolve the problem. It really is very convenient having Pooh's food delivered to the door

I lost two of my kitties last year . Twinkles mum passed and her sister so was upsetting to say least. I needed a well balanced cat food for twinkle. I've got that now and not only that I have amazing support from the team. This helps so much and twinkle doing very well so highly recommended thankyou

I just want to thank you, my cat suffers anxiety so bad she's scared of her own shadow and was very under weight, we've been using republic of cats for 3 months now and she's a completely different cat she's looking so healthy, she's a little chunky kitty now and her coat is beautifully shiny and silky, she's so much more confident and isn't scatty anymore, all iv changed is her diet and I really feel it's helped massively so I just want to thank you all so much your all amazing! you've saved my cat

Harry is loving his republicofcats food, you can always tell if he is really enjoying his meal as he closes his eyes while eating if it is especially good. We have now found out his favourite flavours, he particularly likes the meaty stew and gravy types. His special blend of biscuits disappears quickly too. Happy knowing that it is all good for him too and he does look very well in himself. Thank you so much from Harry and his pawrents.

I have just ordered my first supply of food from this company after my senior cats were found to have tooth issues. This started after changing to wet food only. It is so comforting to know that Republic of Cats provide both wet and dry food and it is appropriate for senior cats. Thus far I have had speedy responses and excellent advice. I am looking forward to receiving the food now.

I used Republic of Cats 5 years ago for my older cat who, at the time, was very fussy food wise. We used it for a while but she would go on and off it so a lot of it went to waste. We now have another cat who is 4 and we wanted to try again as the older cat is less fussy now and the little one would very likely enjoy the food. I no longer have access to my previous account email address to try to restart the older cats subscription and set up a new subscription for the younger one (who has never tried Republic of Cats!)so attempted to sign up with my current email address. Within a minute of completing the order (for a trial for both because that’s the only option at this stage), both subscriptions were cancelled and a refund issued. Really disappointing because I know the younger cat would have enjoyed the food and therefore the subscription would’ve been kept monthly for her at the very least, but I reckon the older one would’ve been more into it this time around too as she’s not as fussy as she was 5 years ago. Will find a cat food subscription elsewhere. Very poor experience.

Be careful what you sign up for!
I wanted to subscribe to another cat food service and somehow ended up on this site which looked very similar - so I purchased a trial box.
The company is very trendy and twee but that's fun.
I wasn't expecting a £76 charge a week later for 4 tins per day box!!
I'm sure it's still good value but I feel thoroughly scammed. I'll take this delivery but have cancelled.
If they had been less aggressive and con-merchant-like, they may have gained a long term customer.
Edit: increased to 4 stars. It's just the nature of subscriptions that they creep up on you. I did get emails about it, but had not realised I had signed up. Like I said above, the product is good, the sign-up was confusing.

Have just started my two very fussy maine coons with a trial box .. there was only two flavours they didn"t like and i let republic know and befor e their first full order they had tweaked it made further adjustments to the second which was easy to do and had no problems. Would thouroughly recommend this. If your cats like it stick with it . Thankyou republic for membership lol

Absolute scam.
Entices you with a trial box then automatically subscribes you to membership without consent.
Customer service is awful, refused to give a refund or collect their unwanted package.
Have opened a case with my bank.

Never any problems with cat not eating all her food. Good variety of flavours which she really enjoys.
Delivery problems (amazon!) have been acknowledged and, hopefully, won't re-occur.
Would recommend Republic of Cats. 🐱

I got a trial pack, my cats were indifferent to the food so I cancelled. Unbeknown to me, I had only cancelled for one not for both cats. I have to compliment Republic of Cats for how they dealt with the situation.

I most certainly consider giving them a trial, whether your cats love the food is another question, but have no doubt they are a very good company to deal with.

Everything about this company is outstanding. From customer service to the quality of the food. Now as a cat owner whose cat had an operation and was left with a patch of skin where the fur wasn't growing back (after 3 months) I was worried. I changed his food to Republic of Cats and within 2 months it had completely grown back. Love, love, love can't recommend enough. Em, Moo & Boo xxx

My cat really loves this food. Unfortunately, i'm feeling let down by the company. I am experiencing a problem at the moment with my usual monthly supply not turning up, the money has been taken, I was informed that the food was being prepared then......nothing! Normally get a notification that it's being delivered.....nothing! Have tried to reach out the company via their WhatsApp, just keep getting the ---give us your name, address and email and we will be in touch very soon......nothing! Have tried this for 2 days. Sent email with my details they have requested, issue name, address and email....so far...nothing! Tried several times to call and get answering service, have left a message.....nothing! I have a subscription, this should NOT happen.

Very happy with the quality of the good. My cat won’t eat anything else! Customer service very quick to get back to you. Easy to change delivery address if necessary.

Be warned the £5 taster box comes with some very small print t&c's that automatically sign's you up for a paid for subscription. I was sure i read everything when I purchased the taster box as I didn't want to sign up for anything extra but a week after the taster box was received £38 was taken from account and 60 tins if food and a dry mix arrived. Im sure I didn't read anything about a subscription being part of the deal but apparently it was! I've requested a copy of the t&c's/where during the taster box purchase journey it advises you are in fact signing up to a subscription, lets see how long that takes to not be sent through!

My cat loves this food and she can be very fussy. Now she's always happy to hear me saying food time she never misses a meal and always a empty bowl. I can not complain at all, if I have any questions or worries the customer care I get is amazing always quickly and helpful.
