We bought the shoe dryer for our grandson for Christmas. Worked fine the 1st couple of times but when he came to use it for the 3rd time it would not work, even the light did not come on. I have e mailed them twice but have had no reply. Totally disgusted with thier customer service. One disgusted purchaser and one very upset grandson !!

Almost perfect...
The posting, the interface, the usability are all amazing but it down-sizes the videos. If you want to create high-quality videos, this option is simply not viable. Manual posting just leads to noticeably better quality...
Got a refund when asked but they kept money. Its not the total amount that I paid!!
Hi guys,
Just a quick note on repurios shoe dryer.
Bought about 2 months ago. Machine was working very well taking the smell away and leaving shoes dry.
The problem raised when stopped working after a number of use.
The lighting went off, machine stopped working just got heat up.
I have writen the email to them asking for refund as we using this machine almost daily and had to buy another one brand as lost trust in this.
No message back.
Please do not buy will waist 26quit for something that is clearly not robust

My call with Logan was extremely helpful. He showed me how to create workflows to my content from tiktok to other platforms, helped me streamline them to make it the most efficient. He also gave me extremely useful tips as a beginner content creator. Thank you! So happy with repurpose.io so far and happy to utilize platform even more!
This is one of the most brilliant time-saving softwares EVER! I am so glad I found Repurpose.io. It's efficient and perfect for anyone small who wants to scale their business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Repurpose.io kept breaking down & they didn't care. At least a 2-3 times a month, all of my social media connections were arbitrarily disconnected from the repurpose.io workflow, so none of my content would be republished. I never got a notice- no email, no text, nothing. Had I not checked regularly, I would have had no idea repurpose.io wasn't republishing my content across platforms. I tried to get help a number of times. Repurpose.io support was friendly, but unbelievably unhelpful. They had no idea why their service wasn't working and they couldn't be bothered to try to fix it. They didn't offer me a refund. The whole experience was a huge time drain. Don't use this service.
They didn't provide a simple way to cancel the subscription.
You need to contact support by email: there are no buttons on the website!
In 2024, for software like that, not adding a cancel button is really a bad UX pattern.

I wish I had signed up long ago, but it was not until I got serious about content creation that I realized how much this kind of service is something that I need. Also helpful and knowledgeable.
Logan was so helpful with great tips and insights as we walked through the set up together! He gave me information that would actually help my business as I expand easily with this system.
The service was very useful once set up, a real-time saver. When I received a surprise annual payment that I set up, the support team (Facundo) was sympathetic and I was able to get a refund and cancel my subscription very quickly and easily once I described my situation.
does what it's supposed to but the design of the who system is really really bad. very ugly piece of software to use
also the cancellation process is so painful. You have to email them, then they reply with questions, you have to reply to questions, then they send you a link which is just their website with "/cancelaccount" at the end (which could easily just live in my account settings but no...)
when you go to that link they make the cancel button as invisible as possible and all the other buttons are designed to get you to cancel the cancellation process
then they ask you more questions and get 3 pages of questions, you finally get to cancel
if the cancellation process wasn't that bad I might have been back but never again

The customer service is outstanding. I really love this service. I run an influencer marketing agency and this tool has been huge for my clients.
