I just wanted to tell you all the Logan was fantastic. He let me know right away he would get with me. He was super helpful and very complimentary in how i already had so much set up.

It said my Tik tok was active, but it wasn't pulling content. he helped me reconnect it and then it fetched all my videos

I love repurpose.io! This tool has helped keep me organized and on task everyday. It’s extremely easy to set up and it runs in the background. I’ve been using this for a little over a year and think it’s such a great program for my small online business

I really enjoyed the platform and it has helped me streamline content.

it's ok. saves time but you can do most of what this service offers on make.com
also they promise a 2 hours window to take content form TT to IG but that was false advertising. It takes way longer sometimes

They make it extremely hard to cancel any paid subscription plan. I had to talk to 3 support members till my subscription finally got cancelled. After the cancellation they still keep your banking information for absolutely no reason at all. This is for me a total no go and I would absolutely NOT recommend using repurpose.io

I just experienced an Instagram ban due to "automatic behavior". Since repurpose.io is the only tool I use, this one is responsible. Repurpose.io says that it's not their fault. They say they are "an approved app and have been audited by all the platforms". To fix the issue, they say I should contact Meta. I will to fix this AND I cancelled my repurpose account immediately.

Shady company. The system doesn’t work and they stop replying to your email and doesn’t compensate customers. I don’t recommend.

used for over 5 months, constantly having problems, not reposting videos and sending notices, now more commonly they just don't repost and don't send any notices, when the problem is reported they offer only "sorry" though not a single solution, not worth it in any way

This company is not transparent about its services. They advertise a free trial but require you to pay for Instagram access once you provide your email.

Very poor service ask for assistance on how to use this platform and was ignored. Never was able to post any content and was billed for a service I never used once as I waited for assistance. I will not recommend this platform to anyone as they are not trustworthy and truthful from the beginning. Very misleading

If repurpose.io actually worked, it would be great. I have spent the last THREE days going back and forth on chat and they give me conflicting information between them. You cannot resize your shorts easily - they look terrible on Youtube and Instagram. And, even posting natively looks like a hack job. I have lost 3 days of providing value to my community- barely getting any views even posting natively with how horrible the quality is. They give you a preview - but, 2 customer service reps said - oh - you can't trust those - just publish it. what? Publish, then delete - which is time consuming and seriously frowned upon from Youtube to delete content after it's published. I will be moving on and looking for another app that works.

Trial version was good. I instantly uploaded 2 videos. Then they asked me to pay. Since then I haven't been able to sucessfully upload videos, even after contacting customer service they told me to just wait. It's been 2 hours and nothing. This is the biggest catfish program. The videos don't post. I'm so glad I only paid the monthly fee. I'm going to dispute with my bank if I don't get a refund.

Our ultimate objective in using the software is to save time and get exposure (views).

But after using the software for a while, those platforms changed their algorithms, and didn't promote any views from 3rd party API,

It means the videos repurposed from this repurpose.io will not get any views (YT shorts, IG reels, FB reels, etc).

>> it means, we are saving time BUT NOT getting the exposure.

It will only get views when we manually uploaded the videos in each platforms (I tested many times)

So it has already defeated the purpose of using this software.

They just tell people their software is fine. They can't control the platforms, which I know they can't control it.

So I tried to voice up nicely to their support and in their group and trying to look for solutions, but they deleted those and banned those discussions (they term it as "negative" discussion 🤦‍♂️)

They refuse to listen and answer our (user) problems above.

They just play with words to steer away from the MAIN PROBLEM we (users) are facing -- our videos are not getting views.

Now we paid for the software, but it's not hitting our objectives (getting exposure and saving time).

We are willing to continue to pay and try to feedback to them to help fix our problems.

But Instead of listening for feedbacks, the only way they handle everything is - to ban users or delete posts that are trying to "give feedback and look for a solution."

They even say I'm lying about my feedback. 🤦‍♂️ And when I show them the proof (screenshot) that our views are not getting views even after a few days compared with those videos that we uploaded manually, they then twist and play around with their words again to shoot us down.

That's what pisses people off. And we wouldn't have to come here if they didn't treat their paid users like that.

Super easy software to use once i figured it out. Gives me the ability to post once and be everywhere. And the repurposing of my content is made so easy with this software.
