I received a very efficient service to confidentially recycle a number of PCs. The service was very helpful and the cost very reasonable.

Great communication and the driver arrived at the right location.

We recently used Retore Datashred and they gave a great service. Special shout out to Duncan who came and collected the bags, he was fantastic and made the whole process stress free!

From the first phone call to the collection day it was a really first class service with helpful staff.

The company came when promis d and removed all the material while ch needed shredding.
The employee was polite and very helpful.

Really quick response to a need to dispose of waste very quickly. The delivery of waste bags was overnight and correspondence and calls all dealt with very well. The pick up was also prompt and easy. With so much going on at the moment, getting our confidential waste dealt with so easily really was a help. Thanks again.

The shredding van visits Exeter Southernhay every Wednesday. Often the van parks right outside the offices here and proceeds to shred for at least an hour, sometimes more. During this time, I am struggling to hear my clients speak to me and I can not hear the intercom for the sound of shredding. This is an absolute menace in a quiet, professional area of town and quite frankly unacceptable! Topped off by the fact that due to covid, windows needs to stay open to ensure ventilation. I am so frustrated with you company it’s unreal!

I paid £96.00 last August, & no one contacted me again to come & collect my 25 bags of shredding! I requested a phonecall to arrange collection, but someone just randomly turned up at address, & no one there to hand over collection. Never heard from the company again! It is very difficult to contact anyone by phone to re arrange.
Please can someone contact to arrange collection of shredding.
