Retail Resource Opiniones

The baskets I ordered are great and they arrived in good time.

-High quality products
-Very responsive customer service
-Accurate shipping info
-Reasonable prices

Retail resource has excellent customer service. They are professional and their prices are very competitive. I like that I do not have to order a minimum bulk to place an order like some of their competition. Thank you for that, please do not forget about us little guys because there are alot of us and together we can buy huge.

According to my credit card provider my account number was hacked by someone through your company after I made a purchase so my card had to be cancelled and re-issued. Very inconvenient. I should have known better.

I am very pleased with the service provided by customer service. From the first call to the delivery of my order, which arrived ahead of the scheduled date was excellent.
Thank you,Vernon.

Item I ordered was exactly as pictured. Shipping was very fast and pricing is great

everything arrived quickly and in excellent shape. Thanks for taking phone orders--it is easier for us.

Good company to work with, nice sales people and helpful too.

I have gotten everything very quickly! I waited for backordered items to come in and when I checked on the status a few days later, they were already at my door.

I ordered 4 inch white hob nail jars. The quality is perfect beyond my expectations. They were packed securely with attention to detail. Speedy delivery. My communication with customer service was attentive and professional. I will order from Retail Resource again.

I ordered sponge Hanger strips weighing less that 15 oz. Was not told what the shipping charge would be. Cost of my order was 17.38. To my horror the shipping charge was 18.78. I called and complained. I would never have ordered knowing the shipping was more than the item. I did advise I did not mind a reasonable charge. I was told on 7-10-17 the shipping charge would be refunded. To date this has not happened. I will NEVER order or recommend Retail Resource until this has been resolved.

I called Retail Resource , about pricing a quantity of produce baskets. The customer service was exceptional! The ordering was effortless and the product was delivered in a very timely fashion.

Little slow in deliver time. Order accurate and price competitive.

I like the product but paying $15.for shipping 3 boxes combined into 1 package that would go USPS 1st class is a RIP=OFF

Extremely helpful with on line and phone call assistance....I was very impressed with service, off of a coupon upon request and the product that was offered......I will continue to return for more products!

Customer service was great and delivery was very fast!

Great shipping received order same week ordered

I ordered a new pricing gun when my old one that I had purchased from another store supply company broke. The gun was horrible to load labels in and not well made for the price. I looked in the Retail Resource catalog and found two label makers that looked like what I wanted. I called the company and was pleased with the customer service. The pointed me to the premium gun that I had been looking for! They said the gun was out of stock but would be shipped within two weeks. Within a few days I received notice it had been shipped! When the gun arrived in a few days I was totally satisfied with their recommendation! It is a quality, easy to load gun! I cannot say enough good things about Retail Resource. They will be my one stop shop for future items for my business!

Product arrived quickly and as described on website. Chatt help was helpfull,
