I love REVEL!

I love their POS, it's very user friendly. The back office is an excellent tool.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone even if they aren't familiar with running a POS

Salesperson with no integrity.. bad experience

Had a great sales experience up to the sale. However, after the sale was made and the money was paid my salesperson literally dissapeared. Absolutely not contact, refused to answer phone calls or texts. I had colleagues leave him notes on his desk to call. Nothing. We are talking about weeks without a response. Can not stand that type of sales mentality. To top it off i contacted the salespersons manager and the manager defended his actions and did nothing to resolve the issue. I will not recommend or be doing business with Revel again.

Worst experience you could imagine. Not a company you should trust or you will be jeopardizing your business as well as potentially your credit card information as well as the information of your customers.

Very good company...Excellent customer service...software works very well..We did almost 2000 transactions in one day and there were NO problems. Of course with our set up we also receive money in our account in less than 48 hours....We are a big fan..

Revel is probably the most help POS …

Revel is probably the most helpful POS company I've ever worked with. And regarding their software, there isn't anything that they've missed. They offer every feature / functionality that a restaurantuer would need. The back end "DASHBOARD" is the best tool I've ever worked with.

everyone was helpful and nice, but

everyone was helpful and nice. But the lack of cohesiveness between revel and quickbooks was not acceptable. i am sorry i was early as the prospect of a more evolved product was definitely on the horizon.

Improvement is needed in the tip input portion of the software, not user friendly a

Well Thought Out and Useful!

This system is very well put together. Their customer service is great and they continue to add new services to their product. I do wish there were more training videos on connecting Revel to QuickBooks and how all the parts work together as well as best practices for using their system.
