My friend Ibrahim suggested Abe and the team when we were having issues with our office admin. We had tried remote hiring before and it did not work out, so we were leaning toward going back to hiring locally in person. The problem is that would have cost us significantly more.

They found us a candidate and the first interview I knew I was going through with the person. The whole process was straightforward, nothing complicated. They handled everything on their end so we could just focus on work.

A few months in and we are paying about the same as we were before, but our productivity is noticeably better and the experience has been much smoother. The employee comes on time, well spoken with no accent, and gets everything done. Finding someone online who is as capable im not dealing with constant management needed, and no agency drama or overhead.

We went through 2-4 remote employees and just kept getting burned with people that were not productive or didn’t care, Abe and the team brought the person we needed. If you are thinking about remote hiring but hesitant, this was a good experience because they take care of finding top candidates. Highly recommended!
