not sure what's happening and why all your machines seem to be falling apart, but just tried a 20kg wash in Bolton, at BL26HP, no site code on the machine again, first up the was failed with 22 mins left, but left my clothes sitting in a pool of water, so have spent another 2*30 minutes in the dryer, but I'm not sure that's working correctly either as it didn't get anything more than slightly warm to the touch and my clothes are still sopping. So, I'm down £30, got a pile of half washed, still soaking clothes and have wasted 2 hours of my life, plus I still need to wash my clothes......Honestly, the service used to be good, but everything seems to be falling apart at the moment

I was a little apprehensive given some of the bad reviews on here but needed washing done and no laundrettes in the area open today (Easter Monday).

Quick and easy process, got a text 5 minutes before the end of the cycle, I did add my own laundry capsules despite them saying detergent was included and the washing came out beautifully cleaned especially considering it was a lot of muddy clothes from a camping trip.
Was also spun off really well.
Took 30 minutes in the dryer.

Only 2 small issues, someone else took the dryer 2 minutes before our machine finished so had to wait half an hour amd when chatting to the guy to pass the time he said he was a regular user and the dryer was ofren busy, maybe more dryers could added for newer models.
Secondly, a shelf for folding would be ideal.

Overall I would probably still go to a regular laundrette if one was open to avoid waiting for a dryer but the machines worked well and were good value, on par with regular laundrette prices.

Disgusting..being used for dirty carpets etc..the drum was full of long white dog hair, I pressed the start button and it was too late to stop..came out with no smell of detergent or anything revolting £15 rubbish

Machine de séchage en panne, coup de téléphone au centre,on me dit que cela va être signalé.Je retourne aujourd'hui, je téléphone pour être sûr que la machine fonctionne,on me dit qu'elle a toujours fonctionnée,je mets encore 3€ et toujours en panne et pas de remboursement évidemment.Je me demande si ce n'est pas fait exprès ?

Tried to use 2 of the washing machines in Carterton. Essentially neither was functioning as no water supply so wasted about 90 minutes trying to use. Paid £22 in total for unwashed bedding. Customer service sent a link for a refund, no apology and said it would take up to 24hours for a technician to open the locked machine! Not really a service.

bonjour , cela devient de plus en plus complexe pour payer avec la carte des modifications insupportables la carte refusée plusieurs fois si vous n'avez le bac + 3 en informatique vous n'y comprenais rien , même en se faisant aider par des plus jeunes c’a été dur , penser au sénior , qui ne sont pas de la génération informatique , c’était beaucoup plus simple il y a quelques mois auparavant , ma femme et moi avons 73 ans .

Poor, really expensive wash and clothes were not very clean even though I paid the £11 for the larger washer and filled to the companies recommended weight.
Will not use again rip off !

Great idea, but timing seems out when texting. Website misleading regarding parking at Basingstoke site and possible fines -WATCH OUT

i spent over £50 just for two pours and clothes are still dirty and they smell like shit scam company cloths were all the same dirty and smelly i want my refund by tomorrow

The machine takes your money and then you find out the machine wont work. 20 minutes on hold. Sent a text with a link that does not work. 7 days for the refund. Will not be using again.

The machines wash for one hour. A white matress protector. There are no hot washes & does not wash out lightly soiled stains. Infact, the protector was clean exvept for a few stains. A total waste of money and time. Very disappointing!

Bonjour. Par deux fois, je suis allé faire secher mon linge. Résultat zéro. 1 ère fois pas de connection internet. 2 ème fois, machine en panne. Après appel service, et perte de 15 minutes toujours pas de fonctionnent de la machine malgré intervention du service. Résultat déplacement inutile.

Seule machine en route: la mienne. Quand je suis revenue, une bonne odeur de lessive!!! J’ai adoré !!! Merci de prendre soin des utilisateurs en mettant une bonne lessive.
Seul hic: programmer sa machine avant de payer 😅

Large machine had a faulty which left the laundry soaking wet, refund 5-7 days but what do you do with nearly 40kg of wet clothing? That’s your problem, poor service all round.

2 keer met de waszak er naar toe en 2 x storing, 1 e x weg gegaan en kon morgen terug komen , 2e x kon wel betalen en vervolgens geen wasprogramma kiezen, gevraagd binnen in tankstation , mevrouw daar kon er niks aan doen , alarmnummer gebeld , kon ook niks voor me doen , want dat moest degene doen van het tankstation ( kastje muur verhaal), dus geld weg en met vieze was terug naar huis. Nu nog kijken of ik m’n geld terug krijg , wat een kansloos bedrijf zeg😡

I've been using Revolution for two years while at uni, as my schedule doesn't often allow me to make it to traditional laundrettes, and I struggle to find ones that take card. I have yet to have any major issues with the service, so I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. The only niggles I have with it are the price (though I understand that you are paying for the convenience), and the fact that often the dryers are full but the washing machines aren't- I expect a lot of people only use the dryers. This can make it challenging if the they fill up while you're washing, and I have occasionally had to move to a different location. Perhaps some sites should have more dryers than washers!
Still, I've found Revolution a godsend overall, and have recommended them to family members.

I just collected my laundry and it smells so bad :( It is a waste of money

A minor issue arose with the dryer, which was inoperable as it thought it was actively drying due to a software glitch. As there is limited phone reception on-site, I wasn't able to make myself understood by their helpline. Fortunately, their maintenance engineer arrived shortly after I'd abandoned the effort. He was able to reset the machine, cleaned and refilled all machines and even lent me his lint blower to clean the leaves off my car window-sill. Generally, these machines work well. The only critique I'd offer is there ought to be a table on which to place laundry which has washed/dried but for which the customer has yet to return as currently, if there isn't another machine free to store it in, one has to wait however long it takes for the previous customer to return for their laundry.

The engineer was extremely helpful and an excellent representative of his employer.
