Very helpful alternative to the BA site though for best functionality you need the top level. Worth it if you fly quite frequently and us reward points/vouchers.

As difficult to use as BA companion voucher website! Signed up for silver membership trial but still says i have bronze. Tried again and still won't work. So dont know if I have two memberships now but either way it still wont let me use the functions I've signed up for. Really poor

This site really does ‘do what it says on the tin’ I had made a holy mess of my account, or accounts as it transpired and Douglas resolved within 24 hours. This time to resolve was and is extremely important to me due to the nature of the site itself and how we use the site to travel several times in the year. Fully recommend the gold by the way. Thank you Douglas.

Really useful this past year. Alerts are very handy - bagged me two First seats to Singapore that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Only irritation is, if it logs you out, the login (on iPad) is frustrating as there is a drop down ad that comes and covers the area that you need to type the login details into. Otherwise, all good.

As a service i can't say much as i hardly used it, however as a company to work with they have been fantastic and solved any problems! Thank you to the team there.

The app shows BA seats that don’t exist and BA shows seats that don’t show up in Reward Flight Finder. It’s pretty cheap to use - but its results are average at best. I don’t rely on its data - but go to BA for the real position

In addition to providing a great seat finder service if you encounter any issues the customer service people are highly responsive and helpful. 5*

Queried cost of annual renewal, and received a very prompt reply and refund. Great customer service, although it would have been better if I had been warned of the charge before it was taken.

Reward Flight Finder renewed my account for an additional year without notice at a near 50% increase in cost.

Fortunately they refunded me, but many people will not notice the transaction until it's too late.

Not warning of an impending charge is untrustworthy in my opinion.

The funny thing is, if they'd told me about the upcoming renewal, I might have gone with it.

Credit to them for the refund.

Another typical subscription company that makes it impossible to cancel. Links they direct you to click on to cancel do not take you anywhere, neither does the help centre. Feel scammed.

Fed up with searching daily for reward flights to Miami, I signed up to this alert service. I was initially sceptical but thought £3.99 per month was cheap enough to give it a go. I set the alert 5 months' ahead and am delighted to have just found the seats I wanted. For total outlay of £25, I reckon I have saved about £700. Excellent value.
