ATTENTION!!!

I advise anyone to not buy anything through this company. It’s nothing but a scam! I am currently in process through my bank for fraud.
I bought x2 sim only pay monthly deal with a contract with EE. Once SIM cards received they didn’t work, I rang EE direct and they told me the SIM cards they sold me are top up SIM cards, the numbers were cancelled back in 2023 so they cannot be used and not even EE numbers.
I tried to get hold of them and they do not pick up their phone, I left them a message, I emailed absolutely nothing!

Possible data harvesting scam.
Tried to purchase a new contract today from these,after taking payment details I.e card,I was told I failed the credit check ,never failed one in my life,I was previously with EE for 25 years so thought this was weird ,contacted EE to be told no credit check was ever done on me??tried to contact reward mobile, via phone ,no such live number working,Contacted my bank to be told harvesting your bank details.AVOID

Poor customer service - couldn’t reach anyone via phone, instant chat or email. When I did receive a response they stated it was too late & my order was already dispatched. I had still not received any order confirmation let alone confirmation of dispatch. Simply creating more of an issue as once it has been delivered I will be returning it. First & last time I will use this company, would rather pay more to deal with EE directly. I can see they they do not respond to poor reviews which is not surprising.

My order was cancelled by Reward Mobile, but I have received no information about when my £49.99 payment will be refunded. The cancellation email simply confirmed the order had been cancelled and did not provide any refund details.

I am disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency. Customers should not have to chase a company to find out when their money will be returned.

I will update this review if and when the refund is received, but at the moment the experience has been poor.

Really happy with my SIM only deal. Was a little hesitant at first having read reviews on here but SIM arrived quickly and got a really good deal. Would have given five stars but found it tricky to talk to anyone. I did get through on phone (third attempt) and did get an email response after about half a day so not terrible but could be better.

I’ve received my device but the sim doesn’t work, when I contacted ee they said the number was disconnected in 2024! I cannot get hold of anyone via the numbers provided no replies via email, or Facebook.
So I have a phone that I cannot use, and hope they do not charge me for!

As I type, I am very confused. I e mailed you on 1st May 2026 - no response as yet. Who exactly are you? Rewards Mobile customer service 0300 373 0590 doesn't exist. The despatch note with the EE sim has letterhead DAISY???
Please can you tell me if I need to put the new sim into my existing phone today? There is another phone number on the back of the sim packaging yet I wanted to keep my existing number? Please explain properly how this swop over from O2 works without losing my existing number? How long will it take to complete the swop from O2? When will I be able to use the EE sim with my existing phone number? I am very confused and feeling reluctant to go ahead with this 😕 not impressed with your customer service so far- live chat not working either

Really easy to use and provided me a great mobile deal compared to my old provider. Transfer of my existing number was really simple too

I was wary about the site due to other feedback, however so pleased I took the chance. I called directly to order a new mobile and monthly contract. The lady I spoke with was friendly and professional, I was advised to keep an eye out for shipping details as it would likely be a few days. I then received a call within the hour asking me to complete the security checks as the phone I had ordered was in stock & could be delivered the following day. The phone was delivered the following morning within the hour time slot via DPD. Great service and have already recommended to family and colleagues

I placed an order a nearly a week ago and nothing has happened I have gotten no confirmation saying it’s done. They also don’t have any working customer service

What a difference in terms of dealing with a company that knows what their customers want.

Awful, phone never turned up and they took upfront payment and all my ID.

Ordered my phone last week got an email stating it was out of stock. But they still took my money out of my bank. I would recommend going else where for your phone. Tried phoning them goes to answer phone to leave a message. They don’t phone you back either. If you are in same situation I would recommend going to citizen advice. There are good third party companies like theses that are good This is not one of them.
