RF Paving Opiniones

I contacted this shop from Italy because they had a few pieces of a discontinued tile line in stock.
Even though this was likely an "out-of-the-ordinary" order to manage, given the UK yo Italy shipping and all the associated paperwork and customs, customer service and the sales team were consistently fast, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial quote to handling customs clearance.

The tiles arrived in Italy right on schedule, and the packaging protected the contents perfectly throughout the long journey.

I would like to give a special thanks to Craig for his constant support and kindness every step of the way. Thanks again!

Fantastic company, all deliveries on time, quality products that you can be assured of every time, very responsive to all our needs as a landscape installer.

The bespoke coping stones I ordered look great installed on top of a dry stone wall. Being a special order, there was a 12 week lead time (and it turned out to be even longer due to the disruptive effect of world events on global shipping). But it was well worth the wait. The staff of the company were unfailingly helpful and friendly and I would have no hesitation in using RF Paving again.

excellent service, knowledge and products. i wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dealt with RF on a number of occasions over the years and always found them to be really helpful. First class service from start to finish, would highly recommend.

Great products friendly staff. Bought kitchen and patio tiles for our new build we built ourselves. The metre by metre tiles are amazing look fantastic. Can’t wait to get patio done to match kitchen. Def go back Will be going back again next year for some artificial grass. Thanks

We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received from RF Paving. We ordered 20 tonnes of Black Ice gravel, and it looks absolutely amazing on our driveway!

Tom was brilliant throughout the whole process. He was incredibly efficient, friendly and professional, keeping us updated every step of the way, from placing our order right through to delivery.

We also requested a specific delivery date and time, and nothing was too much trouble. Our requirements were accommodated without any fuss, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The communication was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and delivers such fantastic service alongside a great product. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RF Paving to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.

Thank you, Tom and the team at RF Paving, for such a brilliant experience. Excellent service, fantastic communication and a product that looks amazing. Highly recommended!

Recently purchased paving from RF Paving for the first time. Paving arrived in good time, all well packaged, nothing broken. The paving is really good quality. I would have no issues coming back to RF Paving to source materials for our up and coming projects in the future. 5 stars!

Gorgeous selection, Quality materials, very helpful team and delivery was really quick. I’d definite recommend and will be back to buy more

Great quality product, ordered without a sample which was a risk and I was very happy.
Ordered on my tiles on a wednesday and had them on my drive by friday afternoon ready, to start work on the weekend.

100% reccomend.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Tom dealt with us and was brilliant... really knowledgeable. Paving slabs are now down and look great. Would definitely recommend this company

I cannot recommend RF Paving enough, I spoke to Craig over several weeks due to our indecisiveness. He always communicated quickly, professionally and with all the detail we needed. Nothing was ever too much for Craig, he even answered his phone on his stag do!

We are not local to RF Paving, but that was never a problem for Craig. He sent out several samples and pictures of the materials we were interested in, to help us come to a decision.

It's a big decision choosing a whole patio based on samples, but Craig reassured us and we took the plunge. We decided on the Aged Quartz Beige porcelain slabs with the Sinai Pearl Acid and Tumbled Limestone Cobbles for edging... We are SO happy with the results, the patio is perfect and we could not have asked for more.

Prices are more than reasonable, delivery was quick and free - all 3 of these things alongside amazing customer service are why RF Paving are going to become the go-to patio supplier for years to come.

Thanks again for all of the help you gave Craig, I will be recommending all of our friends and family to RF Paving because of you.

This is the third set of different tiles I have purchased from R F Paving over five years , this time a feature porcelain tile that looks like a stone wall . Excellent and helpful service from Callum Jepson on the sales desk, fits together like a jigsaw no spacers so its a continuous wall , looks fabulous . Fabulous service start to finish , would not use anyone else for tiling !!! Great service from everyone, even the coffee is five star !!!

Got to say it as it is, add nothing but the best from all at RF paving , quality products ,massive selection great customer service, proper helpful, really good prices, delivery second to none, even the pallets they come on are top quality , so big thanks to all at RF 👍.

Always bang on

Porcelain patio tiles arrived promptly and without any breakages. Good communication from the company. I accidentally left my billing address in the delivery addresss section of the order form (the order needed to go to my customer) and changing this error was easily done. My customer picked the porcelain patio tiles and is happy with them.

Craig at RF Paving is outstanding! He is friendly, knowledgable and really helps with the tile selection process. He knows all about the best tile and paving brands, and provides excellent help and advice on tile colours, tones and finishes.
The paving and tiles are also at really competitive prices.
A highly recommended company with fantastic customer service!

RF were great, Chris the sales manager was really helpful as were the transport guys and driver John.
Were in Suffolk, RF are way up north, we bought 3 pallets of slabs (really nice blasted sandstone patio packs) and 4 tubs of jointing compound, we also needed a Moffat forklift delivery.. Not a problem at all.
