Rachel has been awesome during the process of buying our first home. Both finding a mortgage and the right insurance policies for us. Rachel was very easy to reach and gave very quick responses every time we made contact with her.

I honestly can’t recommend Rachel enough! She was friendly and approachable during our first meeting, putting us at ease and taking into account our personal circumstances and needs. From that meeting she took all the hard work and worry away and found us excellent deals which were explained clearly. It took a while to get from offer to exchange, but after months of dormancy, Rachel immediately sprung into action to change our mortgage offer and get the new offer within our tight turnaround. Rachel is responsive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Rachel was fantastic from the very first contact to the mortgage offer. Great communication and walked me through every stage going above and beyond to make sure I got the mortgage i needed. Spending more time than perhaps she should have on one client when we had an issue with the valuation not Rachel`s fault I might add. Rachel pushed on and made sure the mortgage went ahead pressing the building society for the right outcome.

Just wanted to drop a quick review about the Service I received from Rachel on the phone earlier. I honestly can't praise Rachel enough. She was recommended to me & has offered such a high level of service. I'd left it a bit late to change my mortgage but Rachel found the best deal for me. Awesome, amazing and can't imagine how it could be better.

Rachel was recommended by my financial adviser and I have to say that she has been outstanding.

She navigated us through a complex product (guarantor mortgage) found incredible deals, helped hugely with the application process, chased the lender (who were pretty awful at admin) and stayed with us all the way to completion. I can't praise her enough and if you need a mortgage - GO TO RACHEL - she's awesome.
