My experience has been terrible.

I ordered a stealth bollard on 19th Aug 25 with 3-10 working days delivery depending on quantity.
When it didn't arrive, I phoned up a number of times and finally on 11th Sept I was given a delivery date of 15th.
I phone back today and get told it will be delivered on the 16th.
At no point did anyone from Rhino take responsibility for phoning me, it was always me ringing them.
I hope it's a good product, because the customer service (for me) has been terrible.

Absolutely first class experience with Rhino Security. Laura provided good, honest advice and managed my order very efficiently and it arrived the following day. Richard contacted me a couple of days later and we arranged a date for the installation. We needed to re-arrange the date and it was also managed effectively.

A special mention for Louis and Ben, who arrived on time and did a fantastic job of installing the bollards and left no mess. Not only great craftsmen, but very friendly, approachable and very polite young men. Outstanding.

Great Service and Great Product. The bollard was out of stock in the colour I selected and the company called me straight away and helped me choose another colour. The bollard arrived the next day and the installation was arranged for a couple of days after that.
