Just received my bootliners and it's a great bootliner. It fit the boot perfectly and it was so easy to fit. Thanks to Callum for all his help as well. Fantastic service.

Normally I do not write reviews about products but about service provided by the company. However, on this occasion I must say the seat covers that I received the quality was spot on in terms of stitching and material. Furthermore, at my request, they also made some customised tweaks for me. The service the guys did was attentive and importantly for me ensured that all my needs were addressed to ensure that I was happy.

Bought a boot liner and after a lot of time spent trying to get it to fit, I contacted Rhino to see if I was doing it wrong. Callum informed me that the measurements were wrong and instantly informed me that he would remake the liner at no cost. It was over a year since we had purchased the initial liner. Great communication and great customer service. Would recommend to others looking to buy a decent liner.

This is my second bootliner purchase from Rhino (the first was many years ago!) and the service and product is just as perfect as before. The boot of my current car has an unusual shape and not the easiest to fit. Despite our first two attempts not fitting correctly, Callum remained patient, attentive to our requests and finally by attempt 3 the liner fitted perfectly. The liner is great quality and serves the purpose of protecting our boot from an extremely inquisitive & lively puppy perfectly.

I can't thank Callum enough for listening so patiently, then working with my husband's drawings and dimensions to get just what we needed.

I would most highly recommend Rhino for their top notch products but also amazingly clever and attentive staff. THANK YOU

I recently inquired about a boot liner for my Korando, and Callum provided excellent customer service by answering all of my questions. When I placed the order, I was made aware that the item is made-to-order, with a 14-day lead time. I ordered the extendable two-part boot liner, headrest covers, and a two-part separate padded mattress - floor-shaped up to the front seats, as well as a boot door protector.

I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of the products. The boot liner fits my vehicle perfectly and will do an excellent job of protecting the interior from scuffs and dirt. It's clear a lot of care and attention went into manufacturing these accessories.

Thank you for creating such a well-made product. The customer experience, from inquiry to delivery, has been outstanding. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend your company to anyone in need of premium car protection solutions.

Ordered seat covers for my 2010fiesta unbelievable quality fitted like a glove has transformed the interior

Fantastic service from Rhino UK Bootliners. I ordered a seat cover for my Rexton but I ordered the wrong year of manufacture. Callum at Rhino sent out a replacement and a return label with no fuss or bother whatsoever. An amazing company with 5 star customer support.

These liners are excellent, and I am now on my second one. The fabric is very strong to resist tearing. My first lasted 15 years and the stitching was still perfect, although eventually the plastic backing started to degrade on the boot bumper flap which was used daily (sometimes several times a day).
They are made to measure, fit well, have excellent strong velcro which keeps the liner in place, and they provide long term protection for the vehicle from dog hair, mud, damp, spills etc. In the past during recycling trips, I have had ink leak from an old printer and car engine oil from a can seep out, and it even protected the car from these mishaps.
Rhino are very helpful and will accommodate 'extras' if requested (such as a cut out around the boot light).
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and several of my friends have also used them and rate them highly too.

The product fits great! I went for the extra padding and the tail gate protector. Feels nice and robust and would highly recommend.
If you’re unsure speak to the team and they will let you know what you need and will save you time.

Received the seat covers for my van today. Easy to fit and appear to be superb quality. These are made to order in the UK (no Chinese crap) it does take a couple of weeks to get them but I like to support uk companies as much as I can. Rhino are great to deal with. I can highly recommend them

I bought and fitted car seat covers for Sportline seats in a Skoda, they were made to order and they were delivered before the due date, which was an added bonus, not many suppliers manufacture seat covers for the all in one seat that has a built in headrest, but after a telephone conversation with Callum he soon reassured me they had the seat measurements. They arrived suitably packaged and delivered via Royal Mail, I fitted them to the seats in the car which took less than 20 minutes. They look well made, strong and I’ve used them for a few days and the heated seats work well, the covers have cut out for air bags and fit very well considering the awkward shape of the seats. They appear good quality and they are machine washable at 40 degrees, they cover all the front, back and sides well with elasticated edges and buckle clips, very pleased and a pleasure to deal with Rhino.

These bootliners are marketed as tailor made for your model of vehicle - I beg to differ.

The quality of the product is good and I chose Rhino primarily as I wanted to purchase from a UK-based business. But that is where the positive experience ended I am sorry to say.

The product was despatched in good time but it was at the point of what I assumed would be a quick and simple installation that I began to realise I was going to be disappointed.

Apparently, made to fit my BMW 5-series touring, I can only imagine that either the wrong pattern/template was used for my order, OR, the template was created from a completely different car, as I can safely say, there is no way in hell that this (£160) boot liner was tailor made for my car. YES, the boot liner is supplied with velcro attached and amusingly the instructions suggest that, where you have a carpeted boot space, the velcro MIGHT attach to that. 1 - who has a vehicle that has been manufactured in the last 20 years that DOESN'T have a carpeted boot space, 2 - I can confirm that the velcro on the boot liner is NEVER adhering to automotive boot liner carpet.

It is so immensely frustrating to spend good money on a product that appears to be exactly what you need, only to be let down so badly by the finished item. And this is why people spend far less on mass-produced Asian-market products on Amazon.

In their defence, Rhino have responded via email, but only to offer for me to send the boot liner back (presumably at my own expense). But no real concern or interest in the quality of their own product.

From my perspective, I have managed to engineer some kind of solution to get the liner to stay put in the boot, and I don't have the option of returning as I have a dog I need to regularly transport in the back on my car.

I could have been unlucky I guess, but based on the response so far, I fear that is not the case.

I have given 2 stars purely out of Christmas spirit. That said, should Rhino wish to do the right thing, I will happily update this review.

We've bought boot-liners from Rhino a few times now, so had no hesitation ordering a new one for our Mini electric (model J01). It arrived quickly, and was easy to install - the fit was perfect, although I felt the rear flap was not quite wide enough. Callum at Rhino was very helpful, and within a couple of days we had a new, wider flap - all foc!

I’ve used Rhino for my vehicle front seat covers before. I have multiple dogs and live on a farm. These things need to stand up to the rigours of rural life. This recent set was for my shiny new campervan. I looked at the companies that made matchy matchy stretchy pretty things but still came back to Rhino because eventually I’ll stop being precious about the vehicle and the dogs will be allowed everywhere. So glad I did. There was a misunderstanding with the order process and my seat covers didn’t fit (note to all - if you have captain’s chairs fitted let them know -the fit is different). I was expecting to have to pay out again but no, the covers were replaced with new ones. That, and the fact they are a darned good product, is why I will remain a loyal customer.
