What a fantastic company to deal with, helpful, polite, courteous and very professional throughout.
I ordered a boot liner for my 2013 Volvo XC90 but required certain features to be configured differently to their standard (Which was excellent anyway).
Not only did they take on board my needs, but supplied what was now a custom cut in a very short time, communicating with me all the way.
If I could give 10 stars I would, I will however highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a purchase of any of their products.

I’m on my second boot liner now (golf and transporter). Thrilled with both. Fit is really good + great service, with quick and willing responses to questions. Thoroughly recommend.

I purchased my first boot liner and rear seat cover from Rhino seven years ago and have just replaced the car so needed a new set of seat covers and boot liner, unfortunatly the packaged arrived torn with only the boot liner in it I emailed the company and Callum remade and posted them out again within a week.
That's first class service and I'm a very happy loyal customer.

I bought a Rhino boot liner nearly 12 years ago for a focus estate....since then it's been in 2 mondeo estates, and now a skoda superb (which it doesn't fit well but is adequate).
2 dogs (sometimes 3) have been in the back every day, some journeys up to 300 miles and unsurprisingly it is pretty much worn out....especially where it has been chewed!
That it has lasted so long is a testament to the product quality.
So bit the bullet, checked I was ordering the correct one and when it was delivered it didn't fit well.
Callum dealt with the issue professionally; no excuses, just an apology and immediate confirmation that another custom fit liner would be made. And to keep and use the poorly fitting one in the meantime.

Good old fashioned customer service....you only find out how good a company is, when you ask them to fix a problem.

I first purchased a boot liner from Rhino back in 2017, ever since then it has suffered non stop abuse from our Boxer dogs. However, that cover has withstood all the abuse our dogs have thrown at it.
We have just changed our car so automatically I went back to Rhino. Their covers use far more robust materials than the covers often found in Garden Centres etc. I have since ordered a bespoke cover for my Karcher Pressure Washer. I have always found Callum unusually helpful, I have no hesitation in recommending Rhino Bootliners.

Have always used generic liners which cost £20>. As my lease car this time is for 4 years this time I thought I'd spend more (6-7 times more) and get a made to measure jobby to protect the car. The car arrived yesterday and I got quite excited about fitting the liner. Sadly it didn't fit very well. I contacted Rhino who said keep it and they made me another which was turned around in around 7-10 days, this one also doesn't perfectly fit but is better than the first one received. They did offer a full refund but I decided to keep it. Will try another company next time I purchase a liner.

We have a chocolate Labrador who gets very wet and muddy on our walks. We ordered a Rhino boot liner for our new VW Polo so that we didn’t have to worry about the boot getting wet and dirty.
Ordering the liner was a smooth and easy process and it was delivered in less than two weeks, it is of very good quality and value.
Easy to install and is a perfect fit.

Purchased a bootliner and tailgate protector for my wife’s new VW Kombi and the fit and material quality is exceptional - perfect for throwing muddy mountain bikes and even muddier dog in the back without worrying about wrecking our interior. I contacted Rhino Bootliners as I damaged my bootliner in the catch on the boot. They very kindly offered to send me a piece of the fabric used to enable me to do a repair. Great company nothing too much trouble. Definitely recommend.

I have used Rhino twice in the last 5 years due to change of cars. I would thoroughly recommend them. They fit so well and keep the boot clean especially when mucky paws have been in there. I love the flap that comes down over the boot to avoid scratch marks , whatever you are putting in, and the covers over the back seat. I will always have a boot liner, even if we don’t have a dog. Excellent product. Thankyou Callum.

I just wanted to say a very belated thank you for a brilliant product. Our dog is really comfortable and our car isn’t being trashed by him: it’s great! It will easily pay for itself in time as the entire boot won’t need specialist cleaning and there are no claw marks on the bumper affecting its resale value. Your customer service was excellent too. I got these for an Audi A4 although they fit very well and seem to stay where they are put I am at a loss as to why there are open slots on one side of each front seat, at first I thought they were for moving the seat in a two door but as they are made to order and I don't think you get a 2 door Avant can someone explain what I'm missing? Also if I get these covers again I would get the full cover and not the separate headrest option as I did?? Other than that I'm sure they will last a while and feel tough and Hard-wearing.

Just bought my second Rhino Bootliner due to a vehicle change. The old liner has served me well and is still good as new after six years.
I had a slight issue with the new liner which caused me to contact customer service, the response was fast and the issue resolved immediately. Thoroughly recommended.

After initially sending the wrong liner for my Volvo V60 they sent the correct replacement. Delivery times were good and even the 2nd liner arrived within 2 weeks of my initial order.

The quality of the cover is also good, it's nice and thick and well made.

Unfortunately the design of the cover is poor. The corners where the back and sides meet are joined with velcro, which is fine, except the velcro is on the inside of both pieces. Whilst the two parts do join, any pressure on either part pulls them apart again. Essentially you will always have a gap where the two parts meet because it will always come apart as soon as you use that part of the boot.

I really wanted to like this liner, but having that gap top to bottom at each side renders the liner fairly useless. All it needed was a fold around flap to resolve the issue.

3 stars for quality and delivery times, 0 stars for design. Unfortunately I'd struggle to recommend this item, it's almost good but failed at the last hurdle.

ordered very extensive set to line the whole of my (expensive) VW Caravelle so I can use it to transport muddy bikes when not in 'posh' mode. Initial supplied set was slightly out as its internal measurements are slightly different to normal T5, Callum video called me and we walked it through, replacements arrived within days. Lining is v good quality. Two years later some velcro was coming unstuck - probably my fault for not preparing surfaces properly - even though well beyond warranty date Callum again jumped on it and one day/call later sent out some new parts inc window suckers to help, Top service and thanks Callum.

A few of my mates were singing the praises of these boot liners so when I purchased a new car I ordered one rather than running the risk of using the usual blue plastic sheets like I did with my old car, wet muddy fishing tackle and car interiors certainly don't mix so I wanted to protect my new investment. The website is easy to understand and the ordering process straightforward. I received an email from Rhino the next day querying if I wanted the liner to fit with the boot floor raised or down, apparently there are two options with my vehicle so they clearly know their stuff. The liner arrived about 10 days later which is a quick turnaround for something that is custom made. The material is hard wearing and fits perfectly, just what you would expect from something made in the UK.

I recently ordered a bespoke boot liner for a Audi Q2.
It arrived today and is worth every penny. Simple to install, fits perfectly and is exceptionally well made. Highly recommended.
