Amazing product. The reviews are solely based on the price point. Take care of the clothes and the clothes will take care of you. I'm a huge fan of their destination polos, everyday t shirts, and hoodies.
Price does not match the quality
Contacted them because of a pair of shorts that literally fell apart after a few wears. I like the tops, but the shorts are horrendous. Why put out such a bad product??

Super easy return experience - they even offer you an additional credit if you take a shop credit and shop with them. The item we received was nice quality and looked great, my husband is just an odd size so the XL was too long and too long in the sleeves but he needed that size where he is bulky (middle).
I would consider shopping there for myself in the future or for my sons who are a little more normal sized.

I ordered two items from Rhoback for my two sons, who love this company. I received an email stating one had been oversold and they were apologizing That they could not feel that part of the order. I responded that I would prefer they cancel the other shirt because I didn’t want to pay the shipping on just one item. They responded that the item they had in stock was already shipped. Without me asking, they refunded the cost of shipping. The emails have been concise and polite, and I have confidence that they intend to take care of their customers and make good decisions. I will be shopping with them again. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
Active Lifestyle Shirts Should Not Pull on First Wear
I ordered 5 shirts from Rhoback for my husband. The first time he wore one he got a pull in the fabric. He has numerous nice shirts ($100 and up) for several different companies and we have never had a fabric quaity issue like this. They advertise their shirts are for active lifestyles. If this were the case, they wouldn't pull the first time you wear one. We contacted the company and they offered us 50% off a new one or 50% percent refund. The shirt cant be worn! So neither was a fair offer. We wont be buying any more!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My address was inputted incorrectly. I emailed them immediately to make the fix. They refused to correct the address or cancel the order even though the shirts were still in their possession. Would hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Avoid this arrogant company. Worst customer service. My wife ordered $180.00 worth of merchandise after listening to me for a year talk about how much I like their stuff. She submitted her order and I asked her if she used a discount code and she said she didn't know there was one. I gave her the right code and she emailed their customer service with a nice note to add it to the order. Their response, "Sorry, the discount code is for new customers only." She responded that she was a new customers and got the same canned response back. I responded and explained that I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of products and they should honor the discount. Their response, "You'll just have to return the order." What an arrogant set of jerks who obviously don't care about their customers.

I tried to get that changed and got 2 IA generated messages from "Anne'- same as a comment above. Neither were at all helpful. Just terrible customer service. it is a shame as I have ordered 4 previous times for myself and really liked the products. I won't order from here again. They have lost a good customer today.

I bought a pullover over a month ago. I notice 4 holes at the bottom. I reported it to customer service. Anne answered me and said that was normal. I don't believe it. I spent $130 on this pullover. I will never buy another one again. I keep seeing ads for this company. It must be cheep material and way two high price. This should've never happened. As a customer, I feel very disrespected in her reply. If this was a $40 pullover I can understand. I have another one from Nike and never had a problem. I got taken buying from this company.

Terrible first impression of this company. I never received my order , even though they took out my payment for it. I have called numerous numbers mailbox unavailable ; I've sent emails no response. I will not be ordering anything from this company again. Still have not heard back from anyone at this point in time.

Zero Stars. Terrible customer service for Christmas present order. Told me 9 days after ordering that my order was partially out of stock. I requested to cancel the rest of the order that still had not shipped, but they proceeded to ship it anyway. No response to multiple emails after. Have ordered a few times before, but never again.

Horrible Customer Service! I asked for them to check my order, since I was ordering for Christmas and still hadn't receive a shipped notification. When you reach out they send a generic email without looking into the problem. I ordered on 12/6/23 and haven't been able to get a decent response. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Placed an order online for several quarter-zip shirts, got confirmation of the packing slip - then two weeks later was notified my order was cancelled. Basically: sorry, sucks for you.
The entire customer service side seems broken. Even a simple order confirmation takes a few days.
