Find this is the best compost I have ever used

Easy to order delivery well on time haven't used yet so cannot comment on product

It took longer than I expected to deliver the products.
The instructions for using the product were not very clear.
The amount of fertiliser to put in the container is not clear. Instructions need to be much clearer

Super fast delivery, even when they forgot to add the free item, they emailed me and sent it out 1 day after . I will certainly be ordering again

Appreciated emails with update on order and delivery.. we purchased moss killer and grass seed .. looking forward to a healthy green lawn

Very disappointed with the lantern. Far too expensive and poor quality. Meant for outside but don't think it will take the elements. Come on Richard Jackson you can do better.just had to sellotape it together !!!!

Very pleased with the products that I have bought from Richard Jackson. I got the Lawn Magic last year and I was very pleased the results. I bought the Moss remover a few days ago and it has already started to work. Great products!

I ordered the Bird Food Package which I am very happy with and more to the point so are the birds. It arrived after about 10 days and had adequate but not too much packing. Would be happy to buy again.

i havent as yet received this order ,re an email sent this morning still awaiting reply ordered on the 22nd march,will not be using again quicker to go to the garden centre

Straightforward purchase with prompt delivery

Great products. Always use Richard Jacksons Flower Power. However i ordered some soil for planters on 18th March but delivery was so slow i didn't recieve it until 28th March. Conflicting information from customer service as to who was delivering and when to expect delivery.
I had no idea when it was being delivered. Despite leaving a note on the front door just incase asking if they could leave soil in garage they left it in full view on the front doorstep. Delivery courier was Whistl. This will definitely put me off ordering again
