Bought the fatballs for the birds and WOW! I have never seen so many birds in my garden. I am getting through 4 balls a day +1 jar of peanut butter. I think all the birds in the neighbourhood are bringing their babies. At this rate I will be bankrupt! Don't be put off if the birds don't touch it straight away, it takes them a few days to trust it. Very highly recommended

Great products but really poor customer service and lack of delivery update notifications.

The service is second to none you can find everything you need and more on his website, and if you have any questions just email them and they come beck with the answers normally within 2 days

I have used a lot of Richard Jackson products and I can honestly say once you try them you will not use anything else.

But you will ask yourself why it took you so long to try it

Delivered quickly, easy to use.

Delivery was prompt & inside the time it was expected & the bird food has brought so many different species of birds to our garden, they love it.
I can’t rate it highly enough, I will 100% be getting it again.

I ordered compost on free delivery option and was charged the delivery and was not reinstated the money so won’t be using the company again beware!!!

Contacted the company to advise them of goods that were received damaged and sent photos ,but heard nothing since .

Not your fault but DPD tracking information did not work, so item turned up unexpectedly. Have contacted Engineering Foam products as internal thermometer for measuring compost temperature is too short, 8 cm length and meant to be inserted 10 cm into heap.I think it’s a lid thermometer, and does not match the one shown in the literature and you tube videos I have watched.l
Looking forward to commissioning it this week, and still pleased overall with the purchase.

UPDATE
Hotbin have responded that they no longer supply the long stem thermometer as customers were inserting it too deep into the compost , and 8 cm is adequate!

Fast, efficient and great products

The service was prompt and included an offer which was initially overlooked and very quickly corrected and sent out .Havent used the plant food yet but it was recommended by a friend whose planters always look superb. Dosage instructions mean it will be very good value . Also bought fat balls for birds influenced by the fact they are packed in cardboard box instead of plastic, the birds love them they are very good quality unlike cheaper “dry” products from elsewhere
