Just brilliant, not more too it
Despite a lot of invert sellers having gone down hill in recent years richard remains my go to whenever i need anything. He lets you know right away when orders have been shipped, if theres any delays and he even gave me extra eggs on most of my orders for free recently.
Just overall a very reliable and trustworthy seller with a great variety and price

Great experience from ordering from Richard. delivery was super quick even with the shop closure that was due to a family emergency delivery was next day after opening. Everything came isopods all alive and look healthy! Would 100% recommend this seller and I will definitely order from him again great experience. Pricing is good website easy to use delivery amazing products 100% satisfied happy experience 5*

Very happy, lovely and healthy, fab service.
3 batches of higher end isopods ordered. All delivered healthy and safely, packaged well. Great communication when I had questions. 5 weeks later and they're doing good. Would definitely be happy to buy from here again and happy to recommend.

Best in the world
Richard makes it a thrilling and enjoyable adventure to get and make a new home for the pets. They arrive really healthy. For example my isopods that i got there nearly instantly made babies. Thanks to Richard
