I will return, a pleasant experience
The sales assistant ( Zander ) was really nice to deal with, not too pushy and actually listened to what I was saying.

Ask for Zander, he is the man!
Zander made my whole purchase experience a seamless process. From sending me a video from initial enquiry to following up with a couple minor technical issues and administrative paperwork, he has made my purchase enjoyable and most importantly made me feel valued. For me when someone promises to call back and then does not or chooses to ignore my email, that is a total disregard for basic courtesy. Zander has always responded promptly and followed up on the items he said he would. I have purchased 6 cars from main dealerships and some of the Sales Executives I have had the displeasure of dealing with is unbearable. Zander is a true credit to your company and I believe he stands to have a long and successful career in the Sales industry. Well Done.

Very poor after sales service. Sold a car with no bonnet release. Predictable weaponised ignorance from the sales team afterwards

Wow finally Hyundai have employed a women. What a positive and refreshing addition. Nicola at the Farlington/portsmouth branch is simply a breath of fresh air. As a female married couple we were treated with respect. We have shopped at this branch for years and the difference Nic made to our buying journey was outstanding. We will remember the day. She even put a bow on the car when we picked it up. Girls please support this young lady, you will not be disappointed. This was the best experience we have had in over 15 years of buying cars from Hyundai.

We didn’t feel rushed at any point and Jakub answered all of our questions.
