Amazing service.
I took my wife’s car in for its first service this morning. I was greeted by Lisa at the arranged time and she promptly attended to organising my booking. The work was confirmed, my keys taken and I was shown to the cafe area and treated to a delicious cup of coffee made by Dora, a cheery, helpful lady. The car was completed in the arranged time and returned to me having been washed. The whole experience was made as easy as possible. Lisa was friendly, helpful and very professional, a delight to deal with, confirming our decision to purchase my wife’s car from this dealership was a great idea. Thank you all for your service today and throughout our ownership of this vehicle.

If I could give 0 I would. Absolutely shocking & simply dangerous customer service, ignored complaint into the fact they failed to fix a fault that the RaC witnessed twice. They simply ‘reset’ the computer to remove diagnostic alert & said that was it fixed. Fault repeated & car deemed un-drivable by RAC. Stay well clear if you want a safe reliable car!

I purchased a Hyundai Ioniq Electric from another dealer (SG Petch) and had issues with the car almost instantly namely the 3 way coolant valve and the front slam panel bolts being snapped. after booking into Richmond Hyundai Southampton they quickly identified the faults and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner, I dropped off the vehicle thursday and picked up monday afternoon.
Communication was brilliant all round, big thank you to Isabel from service and Lisa who was my service advisor for this period for being professional & understanding at all times and for keeping me updated on developments.
Had a small non-critical issue afterwards and Richmond Hyundai immediately offered to book the vehicle back in free of charge to be resolved.
I frequently asked for updates and all staff I dealt with were happy to answer any/all questions.
Would recommend to anybody who is considering visiting 👍
