by far the best customer service I've dealt with, handled my issue fast and redemptions are done instantly.

The only downside is the redemption system. Larger amounts do take longer which is understandable. However I've had multiple smaller amounts be constantly rejected for no reason and they take like a week. My Larger amount took three weeks. It is not instant redemption

I have had a great experience with RichSweeps. I was kinda skeptical after reading a few negative reviews on Reddit, but still decided to give it a try. Verification was a simple, no-hassle process. Upon attempting my first redemption, I did have to verify my bank information. Customer service was absolutely wonderful. They were prompt in their responses and worked fast to get my bank account info verified so that my redemption could be processed. The money I won was immediately paid out as soon as I verified my information for the bank account that I was having my winnings sent to. RichSweeps has the fastest redemptions I have found so far and they process redemptions the same day vs. other casinos, which takes days to weeks.

Rich Sweeps Casino is absolutely awful, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Yes, they will let you win and even redeem small amounts, but the moment you hit big, everything changes. They start playing games with redemptions that go far beyond normal verification. They simply don’t process them.

In my case, I hit $40,000. Their rules allow only $3,000 per day in redemptions, which is already restrictive — but even then, they did not process a single $3,000 redemption. The only redemption they processed was a $200 payout, which did hit my account. Everything else stayed “in queue” indefinitely. No movement. No timeline. Just excuses.

Their loyalty system is a complete joke. I played through approximately $350,000 in gameplay just to move from Level 5 to Level 6. No, I didn’t deposit that amount — but I still had to wager that much to level up. Then, after reaching Level 6, I found out that to reach their final tier (“Rich Boss”), you must play through $2.5 MILLION.

Customer service is terrible. Loyalty is nonexistent. Redemptions are intentionally stalled. The entire experience feels designed to keep your money locked in the system.

They’ll probably reply to this review with some generic corporate nonsense, but I have proof: screenshots, recorded gameplay, redemption attempts, and conversations showing exactly how this operates.

I’ve spent countless hours on their platform and have won a handful of times. Early on, the redemption process was fairly smooth — some withdrawals were even “instant,” as advertised, while others took a few days. Unfortunately, that experience has gone downhill fast.

My last three redemptions have taken so long that I’ve refused to deposit any more money until I receive them — and it’s now been several weeks. I’ve followed up countless times and receive the same generic response every time:

“We have escalated this to our compliance team and appreciate your patience. We will get back to you soon with an update.”

There is never an update. No explanation. No timeline.

Ironically, I haven’t gambled in 15 days, thanks entirely to these delays. So in that sense, my slight addiction has been cured.

I have been playing on several platforms for years, and I understand the ups and downs and inherent risks of gambling, but this site may be the absolute worst. Over the past 72 hours, I have deposited over $5,000 with a recorded RTP of 22%. When I reach out to Support, they lay the blame on the developers of the game, not Rich Sweeps. The thing about that is that when I play the same games on Modo, Chumba, and RealPrize, I have far better results. The $74 that Rich Sweeps awarded me as 'bad luck' bonuses was a great consolation though.
I strongly recommend looking to other sites to play, this one seems to be an absolute money pit.
