I have been having redemption issues starting on Jan 4th. I have never had issues with this platform before but I can not get any definitive answers from customer support, while they do respond timely, all i get is be patient and its with compliance, and they will escalate. I have a large redemption pending, as well as a large amount sitting on the account to submit, but I cant get them to pay out. Whats going on??

I love the site and the games. I won back in October and the payout was almost instant. I made sure to verify prior to playing and all my cards were verified. This time I won 500 & 2500.
