I booked a private round-trip airport transfer through Ride and Goo, and unfortunately, both transfers were extremely disappointing.

On our arrival, communication about a last-minute change was very poor. Not everyone has reliable internet access while traveling, so if a company makes a change, the updated information needs to be communicated clearly and accurately and they need to confirm that the party received the notification. Just because they send a message at that point people may not be able to receive it. The driver/company was not clearly identified by the name Ride and Goo, and the name information we were given did not match what was actually being used. My family member searched high and low for over an hour trying to find the correct transportation. It was only after other transportation companies began helping that they were finally able to locate the correct driver.

For our return transfer, we contacted the company approximately five hours before pickup and asked to move our reservation from 4:30 PM to 4:00 PM. We were told 4:00 PM was too close to departure, but they could accommodate 4:15 PM. We were then sent a picture of a white van with a specific tag number and were told that they are coming. We waited outside, sent the company a picture showing exactly where we were, and still no vehicle arrived by 4:32 PM. At that point, we had no choice but to request an urgent taxi.

After we were already inside the taxi and leaving, a driver finally showed up and began yelling out the name. He was late and arrived in a different vehicle than the one we had been told to look for. When we explained that we had already waited and had to arrange another vehicle, the driver became argumentative and was yelling at us in front of the hotel. Thankfully, the staff at Ela Excellence Resort immediately stepped in, and the driver lowered his tone.

Overall, we booked a round-trip private transfer and had problems with BOTH pickups: one could not be located for over an hour, and the other simply did not arrive on time.

Looking back, I should have paid much closer attention to the reviews. Based on our experience, it appears that Ride and Goo relies on subcontracted drivers, and that is where the communication and service problems occur.

I would not trust this company with airport transportation and would not recommend them. When you are traveling, especially with family, you should not have to spend your time searching for a driver, arranging emergency transportation, or dealing with an angry driver because the original transfer failed to show up.

I had a terrible experience with this company.
I requested a quote and they used A.I. to communicate. My quote was for a driver from A to B, including stops (and waiting times) in between.
The quote confirmed the stops, and confirmed (several times throughout the conversation) that the driver would wait (including estimated time-frames, and a full itinerary).
It then said it was confirmed, but to secure the booking, I needed to pay a deposit, or full amount.
I paid the deposit, and late that evening got a message to say that my journey wasn't possible, and they could only do the A to B part.
This was the night before the travel, so it totally stuffed up my plans, and I ended up having to re-plan / re-book elsewhere, the following morning (when I was trying to enjoy a day trip).
And the refund took days, rather than being done immediately.
So it wasn't what it appeared to be, at all.
RideandGoo eventually agreed that the fault was with A.I. (on their side / their booking system), yet they weren't willing to honour the price, which left me in a predicament.

Der Hinweg war Super, Freundlicher Fahrer, Tolles Fahrzeug wie gebucht.
Rückweg: Fahrer unfreundlich, Einfaches Fahrzeug schlechte Sitze keine Getränke - Fahrer musste unterwegs tanken - Zeitverlust.

Na akkoord reservering werd ik gebeld dat zij een fout hebben gemaakt in hun administratie en dat er extra kosten komen. Ik heb hier geen akkoord voor gegeven. Ze hebben gezegd dat het door hun eigen fout is geweest en dat ik me geld bij annulering terug zou krijgen. Tot heden nog steeds niets en reageren op telefoons, vergeet maar. Echt een slechte zaak en heel onprofessioneel. Geen aanrader

The shuttle was an hour late from scheduled pickup time. We were almost late for our flight. Will never use this company ever again

Booked and paid a premium for four “VIP Minibus – Mercedes Sprinter” transfers. Received the advertised vehicle precisely zero out of four times.

No minibar, barely functioning air-con, tired and tatty vehicles, and only one even had leather seats. On a 2.5-hour transfer in Turkish heat, working air conditioning feels like a fairly modest expectation for the supposed “pinnacle of luxury”.

Best of all, after complaining about the first vehicle, they sent the same vehicle back for the return journey. A bold approach to customer service.

Apparently, stopping at a garage to buy a bottle of Coke is the minibar experience.

Four journeys, four disappointments. If you’re charging customers a premium for a specific VIP product, it would be helpful to actually provide it.

Haberim olmadan Ücret indirimi yapmışlar ve şoförün haberi olmasına rağmen tam ödeme yaptım. Bahşiş bırakmışım yerseniz, mağdur edilme bahşişi... hiç tavsiye etmiyorum,yalan yanlış olumlu yorum bırakanlar aynısını yaşayın...

Our experience with RideandGoo was absolutely terrible from start to finish.
On our arrival at Antalya Airport, despite providing our flight number and arrival time in advance, no driver was there to meet us. We waited for over 30 minutes before giving up and arranging alternative transportation ourselves.
The return transfer was even worse. Despite the company sending countless emails and messages asking us to confirm the pickup time, flight details, and reminding us repeatedly that the driver would collect us, the driver went to the wrong hotel and arrived 20 minutes late.
When we finally reached the airport, the driver demanded payment in cash, even though we did not have cash with us. He refused to return our luggage, effectively holding it hostage until we paid. He forced us to withdraw cash from an ATM and even called the police over the situation.
As if that wasn't enough, after all the delay, the driver took us to the wrong terminal. He drove us to the international terminal even though the company had our flight number, destination and we were flying from the domestic terminal. We then had to pay for another taxi to get to the correct terminal.
Because of the driver's delay, the cash payment incident, and taking us to the wrong terminal, we missed our flight.
This was by far the worst airport transfer service we have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid RideandGoo and choose a different company. I informed all the time the company about what was happening they respond with bot messages, I know you are really frustrated, we inform operation about your experience and get back to you...and they do not do absolutely anything. Please if you need serious transport this is not the company. And the Vip vehicle is a van of 70's with fan instead of aircon. They are ridiculous

Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit diesem Transfer-Service! Wir wurden pünktlich am Flughafen abgeholt und hatten während der gesamten Anreise über WhatsApp jederzeit Kontakt mit dem Unternehmen. Dadurch hatten wir immer das sichere Gefühl, dass auf uns gewartet wird.

Am Flughafen wurden wir mit einem Namensschild empfangen und direkt zum Fahrzeug begleitet. Die Fahrt zum Hotel war sicher, angenehm und zügig. Der gesamte Ablauf war hervorragend organisiert und absolut stressfrei.

Wir können diesen Transfer-Service uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden ihn jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
Wir hatten einen Privattransfer für 13 Personen gebucht gehabt.

Cocuk koltugu isofix ile bagli degildi, oylece koltugun uzerinde serbest duruyordu. Kemeri bozuktu. Cocugumaza bir sey olacak korkusuyla geldik. Ilk bindigimizfe isofix bagli olmadiginiz bilsek dieek red ederdik binmeyi. Klima calismiyordu resmen fenalik gecirdik. 1 saat 15 dakilaik yolu 2 saat surdu ve otobandan gelinmedigi icin inanilmaz yorulduk. Yasadigim en kotu yolculuktu. Vip adina boyle bir hizmet rezillik. Bir kac kere hangi yoldan gidoyoruz dememe ragmen otobandan gidilmedi. En onemlisi cocuk koltugu fiyaskosu.

Wir wurden zwar pünktlich abgeholt hatten aber folgende Probleme:

Der Fahrer war unfreundlich und hat nicht aufgehört am Telefon zu telefonieren und Nachrichten zu schreiben.
Die Klima funktionierte zwar, ist aber für das Auto (Mercedes Sprinter) völlig unterdimensioniert gewesen und ließ uns 1,5 std lang schwitzen.
Außerdem war die lüftungsanlage verschimmelt und es tropfte stets.
Musik hören war auch kaum möglich, entweder musste man auf YouTube Musik mit dem Fernseher schauen oder man verbindete sich mit dem Radio, dann hören allerdings nur die vorderen 2 Mitfahrer wirklich etwas von der Soundanlage. Zum Schluss, als wir bezahlen wollten, wusste der Fahrer nicht einmal den Betrag, den wir für die Fahrt bezahlen mussten, wollte kein Kleingeld annehmen, welches bei einem ausgemachten Preis von 96€, jedoch zu erwarten ist, und nahm am Ende auch keinen 50€ Schein an, Weil dieser einen kleinen Riss hatte.

Fairerweise muss man gestehen, dass wir pünktlich am Flughafen ankamen, aber keine komfortable Reise hatten, wie uns versprochen wurde.

"On 10.06.2026, we booked a transfer through RideAndGoo from Antalya Airport to our hotel in Sorgun, but we experienced a complete disaster. We wasted our money and our safety was completely disregarded. I definitely do not recommend them!

The issues we experienced are as follows:

Delay and Wrong Vehicle: The vehicle arrived 20 minutes late. Since we were 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby (7 people in total), we had booked an 8-seater Premium vehicle, but they sent a 6-seater standard vehicle. The driver initially lied to us, saying 'the other vehicle broke down.'

No Air Conditioning and Hot Vehicle: In the Antalya heat, the inside of the vehicle was like a sauna. The driver hadn't even bothered to turn on the air conditioning before picking us up. We felt like we were going to pass out during the entire journey.

Safety Violation (Broken Baby Seat): The baby seat we specifically requested had a broken lock. Even though the driver claimed he had locked it, our 1.5-year-old baby opened the latch 5 minutes later. We had to travel with our baby on our laps the entire way, completely exposed to danger.

Unprofessional Management: When I contacted RideAndGoo to file a complaint, the vehicle owner running the operation called me and explicitly said on the phone, 'I sent this vehicle because you are 6 people anyway.' This not only exposed the driver's lie but was also an open confession that they intentionally sent a smaller vehicle.

Anyone who wants a safe and comfortable journey with their family should absolutely avoid this company."

Ich habe die Werbung von Ride and Goo Flughafentransfer auf Facebook gesehen und dieses Unternehmen einem Freund empfohlen. Leider war die Erfahrung meines Freundes eine große Enttäuschung.

Mein Freund musste am Flughafen etwa eine Stunde warten und erhielt während dieser Zeit keine ausreichenden Informationen. Obwohl für einen privaten Transfer bezahlt wurde, befanden sich weitere Fahrgäste im Fahrzeug. Dass dies bei der Buchung nicht klar und deutlich kommuniziert wurde, hat zu erheblicher Unzufriedenheit geführt.

Nachdem ich mich anschließend über das Unternehmen informiert habe, sind bei mir einige Fragen hinsichtlich der Unternehmensstruktur und der offiziellen Geschäftsinformationen entstanden. Deshalb empfehle ich jedem, vor einer Buchung die Unternehmens- und Geschäftsdaten sorgfältig zu überprüfen.

Aufgrund der langen Wartezeiten, der mangelhaften Kommunikation und der aus unserer Sicht unzureichenden Servicequalität kann ich dieses Unternehmen nicht empfehlen. Ich halte es für wichtig, unsere Erfahrungen zu teilen, damit andere Kunden ihre Entscheidung auf Grundlage möglichst vieler Informationen treffen können.
Außerdem werden wir bei unserem Rücktransfer aus der Türkei dieses Unternehmen nicht nutzen.

Ekstremt uprofessionelt firma

Vi bookede et par dage inden med tur/retur.
Alt virkede helt normalt og professionelt, men det er det langt væk fra. Da vi ankommer til lufthavnen, bliver vi ikke mødt af nogen med skilt, så vi bevæger os hen til skranken, som vi har fået oplyst. Vi bliver mødt af den største ligegyldighed, og 2 personer der ikke rigtig snakker engelsk. Vi bliver så fortalt, at vi skal vente 10 minutter og sat til siden. Da der er gået 20-25 minutter, spørger vi dem, hvor længe vi skal vente. Det ved de ikke. Vi spørger igen og igen og intet svar. Så vi venter i en time og kommer endelig afsted. Vi skal så aflevere nogen ved et hotel, og jeg finder ud af, at vi er ca 10 minutter væk fra vores. Og så holder han ind på en tankstation, og vi får afvide, at der er 15 minutters pause…. Vi bliver endelig sat af på vores hotel ca 3,5 time efter vi landede med flyveren.
Nå men klip til hjemturen. Vi får besked på at være klar kl. 4.20 om natten. Men igen står vi uforstående og venter. Vi ringede til support mange gange og bliver mødt af en mand der næsten ingen engelsk kan forstå, og han ender med at smide røret på flere gange.
Vi bliver endelig hentet kl. 5 og vi skal altså flyve kl. 8 og er 1,5 time væk fra lufthavnen.
Så endelig anmeldelse: Vi kom fra A til B, men der var alt for meget ventetid og stress involveret. Vi fik heller ikke oplyst, at vi skulle dele bilen med andre. Det står ikke beskrevet nogen steder.
Derudover var bilen vi kørte i ekstremt gammel og slidt. Vi booker ikke med rideandgoo igen eller anbefaler det til andre.
