The whole process was top notch
The whole process was top notch. When shopping go air vests online, I would get overwhelmed with all the options. Ride EquiSafe has a measurement form and they immediately responded with options. My 13yo daughter chose the one she wanted and delivered to my door within days. And it fits perfectly! Couldn’t be happier with customer service. Thank you!

I have had the absolute best experience working with Ride Equisafe. Catherine spent more than an hour in total phone time with me getting my background, what I'm looking for in a vest, my measurements and photos (submitted through a form), talking through my vest options and their differences, and conducting a fit check after receiving the vest to ensure I received the best possible product for my needs. This is some of the best customer service I've ever received and I am incredibly grateful. I feel so great knowing my purchase was sound and well-thought out with Catherine's expert guidance. I can't thank her enough! 1000% recommend!
