The item I ordered unfortunately wasn’t in stock, I placed the order on the weekend and had a phone call on the Monday morning where my options were explained.

Customer service was cracking and the gentleman who spoke to me was apologetic, friendly and professional.

All was resolved and scooter is now here with a very happy little boy

My bike was ordered on the Monday for the full amount and I was a little concerned about it but Ed was very helpful he answered my texts quickly each day and reassured me. The bike was delivered when he said it was coming for the time and it was delivered to me already built. I rode it Saturday for 10 miles very happy with if you are concerned about ordering it full price just know they are legitimate and very helpful I highly recommend them to friends and family definitely pleased with the overall quality and result

Efficient, friendly and quality customer service from Chris. Great effort was put into sourcing the specific product I wanted and freebie given.

I checked Trustpilot to see if RideLEV were any good.. and the reviews were stellar. So, I bought a scooter and not only did it show up virtually immediately, but the follow up customer service to sort out a problem was as described on other reviews.. legendary. It's exceedingly rare to find service like this, I really hope they can keep it up. And, it goes without saying that if you're buying online, its worth spending a bit extra to get proper backup, if your super scooter goes belly up, you need RideLEV to sort you out!

By far the most efficient service I've had purchasing on line. The item arrived very promptly and when I had to return it for a different size the staff at LEV couldn't have been more helpful. I shall be using them again.

I was a little apprehensive and nervous about purchasing an expensive bike on line however
Ed and Chris were extremely helpful knowledgeable and informative they pulled all the stops out to get my bike to me the technician out to build it on a bank holiday couldn’t ask for a better service or be happier with the bike would highly recommend them

I broke my front light bracket so I ordered a replacement light and it was with me in a couple of days would certainly recommended this company to others

My KTM 6971 arrived today and I couldn’t be happier. After a few issues my end with financing Ed was very understandable and held onto the bike for me.
The bike was delivered via courier today then a couple hours later a very knowledgeable tech guy turned up to set everything up. It weren’t just a case of attach the front wheel he went over everything and adjusted the bike to my needs.
Would highly recommend ride lev and once again thank you Ed for being at the end of the phone every step of the way.

Ride LEV have been great sellers from the start. Really fast tracked delivery and very helpful staff. I had a faulty battery issue, and before I knew it a replacement and charger was being sent to me even though the faulty one hadn't been sent back at that point. Perfect customer service. What more can I say, I'd 100% buy from them again and recommend them. Many thanks to Chris personally for his help.
