Best prices I found for Ironstrike products- almost too good to be true. But it was.

The shipping pallet was missing an item and an incorrect item was sent but Gabriel at Ridge Flame got it right without much hassle. Also, I had to be reimbursed for an item no longer available and I had to call ridge flame out on not sending it to me or communicating with me that it wasn't available. But in the end, I was reimbursed.

Good purchase experience. Product arrived on time and in good condition. Technical help and followup was good as well. I would recommend.

After an initial error, Ridge Flame was extremely responsive.. also the cheapest price for this particular model, by far. Nothing but good things to say. Shipped and arrived quickly. Nice follow up a few days later.

Item was very fragile and I half expected it have cracked parts. To my very pleasant surprise, Item was do well packaged the was no damage at all.

I’m very pleased with my Napoleon electric fireplace and the service I received. I ordered on Monday, and it arrived Thursday of the same week in perfect condition. Furnace arrived in good condition. It is installed and runs very quiet and does sn excellent job of heating.

Online ordering was fast and easy. Price was what really “sold” me. I received instant notification that order went through. Took almost a week though and I had to call to check on whether or not the fireplace was on its way. The next day I was notified that the shipping process had begun. Delivery service was excellent. Since my previous post, Ridge Flame has reached out to me and once more has proven why I rated them above satisfactory.
My previous issues pertained to the lack of communication and professionalism with the carrier (3rd party delivery service).
Ridge Flame has assured me the concerns will be addressed with the third party carrier and offered to compensate me for my loss.

Again, my previous comments were solely based on the third party carrier and no reflection on Ridge Flame. Ridge Flame has rectified my concerns.

Awesome customer service that help me with my order. Gabriel from ridge flame helped me out when I had a minor problem and corrected it right away. Would recommend ridge flame to anyone that needs to purchase a fireplace.

Received the gas logs as ordered and love them. Had a minor problem but Ridge Flame was quick to resolve it.

The ordering process was a little iffy, my CC was charged 3 times before it finally took my info, it did finally go thru and it took a couple weeks to get the heater, but we are just getting the stove hooked up today, so not sure how it works yet.

Online ordering was quite easy and there was a good promo discount. I had the unit shipped to my contractor in another state. The glass and screen were damaged. I notified the company and they quickly ordered replacement parts. Those arrived non damaged. Can't wait to have it installed.
