I required an emergency call out to resolve issues with my boiler's connection to my flat's thermostats and the oiler's high pressure which I have never had to deal with before.

The engineer Lu was incredibly helpful. He called to let me know that he was going to arrive later than originally planned as he had a lot of callouts and when he he arrived he explained everything that he was doing so that I had a better understanding of the issues he was fixing and what caused them.

Our engineer Liam was knowledgeable, friendly and tidy. He saved our boiler by doing some simple checks other engineers hadn’t done in the past and made sure that he was reassigned to visit us to fit the part that had to be ordered in. A great experience and can highly recommend.

Considering the issues with the Boiler it was a pleasure to have the engineer - Mr L Chen - be so informative and professional in his work. Much appreciated and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Liam came today (19/10/26) to repair our boiler.
He was punctual, very competent, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Had Rightgas come to do a power flush on the home heating system as we were having issues with the radiators and the boiler temperatures fluctuating all the time. Price was more than fair for the work done.

Lucca was the engineer on the day and he was absolutely fantastic. I had more than a few questions regarding our heating system which he answered with no problem at all, explained everything in laymans terms for me to properly understand and happily showed the different valves to turn off and top up the boiler.

Was at the house for a good 5-6 hours and didn't stop the whole time. Was extremely clean and tidied up everything - was almost like he wasn't here. System is now running much better thanks to his help. 10/10 engineer.

Neil called within the agreed timeframe, serviced the boiler and advised re possible future requirements.

Lucca and Ben were very obliging and carried out the rerouting of the inlet gas pipe to the boiler efficiently. Mains gas is now reconnected without any leaks.

Mo from RightGas was amazing! I could not recommend him more. He managed to fix my 10 year old boiler, and also explained everything so I have a better understanding of how it works. As a woman living alone, I also really appreciate feeling safe and comfortable which was very much the case. They were also quick to call and keep me up to date, and friendly as well. This company is always very responsive, but I’m particularly a fan on Mo, the engineer. A couple of years ago, he stayed til 10pm replacing a tricky part and saved my boiler in the coldest time of year. I am always happy to see him.

A professional service provided by Mo the engineer. Boiler fixed to a very high standard. I am very happy with the service provided by Rightgas and will want Mo back if any issues may occur with my boiler.

Mo and Ben have been very helpful fixing my boiler. Mo is a lovely guy and always goes out of his way to help fix the problem.

Both engineers were efficient, pleasant to deal with and tidy. Only drawback was that at the end they recommended a power flush which was different to the chemical flush carried out and the cost of the Labour of that was similar to the whole boiler installation. If it was done at the same time it might have been cheaper.

Neil called en route, in allocated time slot, friendly and tidy. Would recommend!
