Right Law get a generous 2 stars from me, as anytime actually did speak directly with Nicola - she was very kind and helpful. However everyone else made the entire process really stressful - seriously poor communication from whoever answers the faceless inbox with basically one-word answers and wrong information. I got no help in understanding any of the legal detail and had to do a lot of chasing myself to both Right Law and third parties on behalf of Right Law. Would not recommend or use Right Law again, I have since used a different solicitor and the difference is night and day - hellos, please and thank yous go a long way!

I used Right Law for my house purchase a few years ago and Nicola Katsambis was excellent in dealing with the purchase. I then went onto recently have an offer accepted on another property and didn't hesitate to ask whether Nicola could assist with the sale. Again Nicola proved to be extremely efficient professional and managed to get the sale completed in a timely manner. Excellent all round. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

Despite JS Law's appalling behaviour including weeks of timewasting and accusations that all the delays were everyone's fault except theirs, RightLaw remained super efficient, proactive, professional, courteous - a pleasure to deal with. I found this firm via a comparison website and before I signed up and paid the initial fee, I was told there was a solicitor available to handle my conveyance and she'd contact me in 2 working days. But 4 working days later, I'd heard nothing, so called the practice. After waiting ages for them to answer, I was told neither of the 2 solicitors were available but a message would be passed on to them.

As a first time buyer looking to move quickly with the purchase, I'm disappointed so far with their lack of service.
