Overall good after service experience, had order 48 porcelain tiles waited 2 months to arrive, found 24 of them cracked. They replaced within a week of reporting. Thanks the guys who checked and delivered the replacement for me.

Great experience

Worked out great overall. Only small thing was I didn't get confirmation that my product was available for collection. I had to call to check.

I order a laminate floor cleaner and never received confirmation for click and collect.

I had to ring them using the order number to find out if it was ready for collection, to my surprise they said yes they have it. I further asked y i wasnt sent confirmation of same…. No explaination given or whatsover, other than anyway its here and ready for collection.

Very poor service indeed.

I discovered that the 16 x tiles were not in stock at headquarters and that delivery from their self selected store- the Stillorgan branch, just 5 kilometres away- was going to cost €70 which I paid when placing the online order on 24.04.26

I am yet to receive the tiles or a response from the salesman who informed me about the current unavailability after I emailed him asking to change my order from “curb side “ delivery to “Store pickup” - intending to travel by taxi from Dunlaoghaire to Stillorgan whenever the 16 x 30cm x30 cm tiles arrive.

So far no follow up or update from Right Price Tiles on a great online offer they promised would be in store “the week following “ my online purchase.

We dealt to Ray in RPT Nass and I want to say he is a gentleman. He dealt with all our queries and went out of his way to help us source end of line tiles. He also dealt with some measuring problems after we collected our tiles, so thank-you Ray. Well done.

Great display in showroom with helpful knowledgeable staff. Received a phone call to arrange delivery. Products were really good price compared with other companies.

Jack in Fonthill was a joy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on our recent toilet refurbishment. Jack managed to organise tiles for us last minute. He arranged for these to be delivered same day from another store as our tiler told us he would be starting the next day. Fantastic customer service in this store.

Get out of click and collect.Your not set up for it.Completely useless.

online order and checkout was really easy. Also contacting support and getting an answer when noone was at the house when the tiles were delivered. Happy to recommend.

The staff in Fonthill (Jack in particular) were so helpful and patient and gave me great advice on a recent downstairs toilet refurbishment. Every interaction was positive and I would highly recommend using this store. Will definitely use them again!
