Very helpful staff, and the item arrived next day. Recommended.

I purchased a product using the website, without going into the store to view and try out the product. I contacted the Rimmers staff by telephone, to ask questions about the product. Everyone that I spoke to was extremely helpful, and very knowlegeable about the product to purchase. The delivery of the product arrived on the exact date and within the timescale that was promised to me. The product was not in any way damaged, and the delivery driver was polite, courteous, and helpful.

I bought a Roland FP10 and it is superb: a stunning sound and beautiful playing action of the keyboard. The ordering process with Rimmer's was a breeze and the price was excellent value for money.

The company helped me enormously to make a good choice for me. My queries by email were responded to quickly and interactions by text or phone were friendly and informative. Re the instrument itself so far so very good!

Excellent service, very friendly on the phone and quick to respond to my questions. The piano I ordered was out of stock but they get one in very quickly and the delivery was quick and well organised. I'd recommend Rimmers for anyone looking to buy musical equipment.

I've recently bought the the ES120 digital piano. When I assembled it I discovered there was a manufacturing fault. I contacted Rimmers, who responded very quickly and helpfully and put me in touch with their engineers. They too were in contact quickly, and came out to my house to fix the problem. The problem was resolved speedily and efficiently.
As for the instrument, it's compact, has a very good sound (to my ears, at least), and was a very competitive price. I'm very pleased with it.

Great advice in-store in Edinburgh from Euan. Amazing electric/portable piano, a perfect fit! Slightly delayed delivery which can be tricky as needs to be signed for, but wasn’t an issue in this case.

Ordering process was quick and easy. Regular text updates from the carrier and timely next-day delivery. The piano was better quality than anticipated and excellent value for money. I also appreciated the video re connecting the pedals - it would have been easy to assume a 1 pin connection. Would use rimmers again without hesitation and would recommend ti friends and family. I visited the store at Preston and I was welcomed in by Mr Graham. He took me through, explained and showed me the various brand and the sound of them.
As a seller's strategic point, he had time for me by excelling more detail of the product. I was interested in the Yamaha brand and did like the specifications. I immediately purchased it for my 11 year old son. Its been delivered and my son really like it as he goes on frequently. Honestly, I will always recommend Rimmers Music if anyone ask or wants to purchase a piano. Thank you.

I had been looking out for thi arranger keyboard for a while, when this came up for sale and was from Rimmers Music I purchased it, all communication was excellent and the delivery was just a couple of days with proffesional tracking all the way.
Just wish they sold these arrangers at their Chester branch, I think the younger generation would be very intersed in these if they actually knew what they where, Yamaha Music dealers are missing a trick here.
