Nice personal service from Rimmers. I'm delighted with my new Yamaha YDP-145 piano

I ordered my Yamaha DGX 670 last Friday and expected it on the Monday, but to my surprise it came the next day on Saturday,when I unboxed it and started to play, the sound was amazing, I'm playing it now every day, I'm still learning but can play a little, I'm very pleased with Rimmers music where I ordered it from, I watch their reviews on YouTube all the time, I'm a mature learner at nearly 72 of age , I'll be ordering the stand soon, very pleased with Rimmers Music

I made a call for more information on a Yamaha Clavinova Piano and was randomly connected to Richard in the Edinburgh shop - what good fortune, he was a fount of knowledge and wisdom (I am not a musician...) and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase as a gift for my grandson. Dispatch and delivery information was very clear and simple as was the payment process. DX the courier was another story... but Rimmers Preston (Leif) did their utmost to put things right after delays by the courier, even covering my mileage cost to collect the piano. Absolutely First Class Service - rare these days, Well Done Everybody!!

I recently purchased the Yamaha CLP-825 digital piano from Rimmers Music, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

This is a fantastic piano that I would confidently recommend to everyone. If you’re a beginner, it’s an excellent place to start, and the quality is high enough that you won’t feel the need to upgrade anytime soon. At the same time, it’s more than capable for intermediate players, which makes it a really worthwhile investment.

My purchasing experience was just as impressive as the instrument itself. Although the piano was initially out of stock, the store kept me informed and arranged almost next-day delivery as soon as it became available again. The delivery service was outstanding — the delivery person went above and beyond, even helping move the piano up to the next floor.

Bought a digital piano. It was the cheapest I could find the particular model online. It arrived the next day.

Everything arrived very quickly and as ordered. Nothing to mark them down for.

I thought Rimmers Music were superb. I ordered the piano on the weekend and it was with me early in the week.

I think my experience was slightly marred by the product, the sound of which is rather disappointing. While this is not really something any seller can do much about, I do not have a piano showroom within about 50 miles of where I live so I had to rely on reviews and sound samples and this piano sounds nothing like them - product reviews are so important and I would have expected manufacturers to have this nailed in today's digital retail environment. It will certainly not be my 'piano for life'.

Having said that, this will serve my needs for now and I will happily order from Rimmers again when the time is right

She was kind and patient and I ended up buying the right instrument from yourselves.

The delivery was next day for 3 of 4 items (with the missing item being the smallest!) but the main thing preventing 5 stars was that there was no tracking.
