I recently bought a Roland Fp30x digital piano from Bonners at Newcastle. Many thanks to Neil Ferry for the friendly expertise and advice and for giving me plenty of time to decide. I am delighted with the Roland.
I would highly recommend Bonners.

Many thanks to Steve Gilbert at the Newcastle branch for his help when I saw him on 7th April 2026 and placed my order for the Roland LX6 Digital Piano Premium Package.
Steve was very helpful in helping me to chose the correct piano for my requirements.
The piano was delivered by Griffin Transport.  The two delivery men were fantastic. Everything was completed within the stated time frame, they did a great job in removing my current Kemble upright piano and the premium delivery fee paid was excellent value - they wasted no time setting everything up and clearing up all packaging.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Bonners Piano Centre as Steve provided a very high level of customer service and his knowledge was exceptional.

Bonners provided an outstanding service when I bought my Kawai digital piano recently.
They were professional, effective and knowledgeable. Their website has excellent videos to help me decide on which piano to buy. In addition, there are many excellent videos on YouTube. Especially, the one on how to put your flat pack together.
Communication, both over the phone and emails were supportive and helpful.
I would highly recommend Bonners.

Visited Bonners Reigate branch for a new digital piano..Great service...good choice of pianos.
Delivery was fast and the men took our old piano away. They were very careful setting up and removing. Very happy with my purchase.

With the demise of physical music shops, and having to purchase a new digital piano for my Church, I started my research, and was left with 2 choices.
Bonners no only had the best price, but on messaging them about payment and delivery options, I quickly received a reply from Tom with our options.
I ordered the piano that day, and it was delivered 2 days later.
All in all, and excellent first experience with Bonners.

I placed an order on 19 February for a Yamaha CLP835, having been assured that delivery would be completed by mid-March. On that basis, I waited patiently.

I was later informed that my chosen colour was unavailable due to the “current unstable world situation” (with a vague reference to events in the Middle East). Quite how that specifically affects the availability of this particular model was left unexplained, but I agreed to switch to black, which I was told was in stock.

From that point onwards, things became… increasingly uncertain.

I was informed that dispatch on Friday would be “difficult”, so Monday was set instead. We are now well past that, and so far I have received a chair and a pair of rather cheap headphones - but notably, not the piano itself.

What makes this particularly frustrating is the clear promise on their website and in emails of fast (even 48-hour) delivery. That commitment appears to bear little resemblance to reality.

Communication has been equally disappointing. Multiple promises of call-backs have resulted in complete silence.

All in all, a rather underwhelming experience for what should have been a straightforward purchase. Still waiting for the piano - and, ideally, for someone to take ownership of the situation.

I recently purchased a Clavinova CLP885 from Bonners in Eastbourne and I thoroughly recommend them for a helpful, knowledgeable and efficient service. It's definitely worth an in-person visit to the showroom if you can. I wasn't happy to just buy on-line and the range of digital pianos available made it a proper 'hands-on' experience. I already had a good idea of what I was after but it was helpful to be able to compare the different models and understand what I was getting for the money

I have just purchased my C3 Piano from Bonners.
Tim was particularly helpful and has been on hand throughout the whole purchase and delivery.
I would 100% recommend this company if you were looking at buying a prestige instrument.

The store in Milton Keynes had a brilliant range of pianos - including all the ones on my shortlist. I was able to try them without any pressure from staff, and allowed as much time as I needed. Staff were very helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. Great sales team. Delivery and installation was also very smooth.

Loved Bonner's piano's! The store had a great selection of pianos, and it wasn't too loud/crowded.

Neil Ferry was a phenomenal sales person, super knowledgable across all pianos, made interesting suggestions and was not pushy at all. I was there with my grandfather for three and a half hours making a decision, and Neil was incredibly patient, did not rush us at all.

I was looking for a new or refurbished grand piano and what appealed to me most was the wide selection of pianos on offer at Bonners Reigate showroom. I spent over an hour playing different makes/sizes and had great support from Emma before making my selection. Bonners also have lots of useful info on their website. The piano was delivered with care and has excellent tone. I am thrilled by my purchase.

The whole process was smooth and efficient, and conducted in a friendly no-pressure environment. Subsequent delivery was also prompt, on time and hassle-free. I am delighted with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending David and the Bonners Team in Reigate.

From the first steps in through the door at Milton Keynes we felt welcome, I was shown where I could try the type of Keyboard I was looking for and left to play,, so inviting.. After a few discussions with Toby, we settled on one and then chose the Headphones.

For about forty years, I've been meaning to get a piano to re-discover the pleasure I had playing when I was young. Decades of time and work got in the way, and so I went to Bonners to find the right instrument to help me get started again. Oliver was really patient and understanding, and although obviously he is a wonderful pianist himself, he was very encouraging - in spite of me asking for a piano with earphones so that only I could hear how bad I am at playing! It was clear he introduced me to the piano I needed, not the most expensive he could possibly have sold me - and I really appreciated his genuine interest that came across without any pressure for me to spend more than I needed to. The piano is wonderful. It looks great and sounds magnificent. All it needs now is for its owner to become confident enough to use it to its full potential - and I'm working on that! Thank you Bonners. You've made an old gal very happy!

Yamaha Clavinova CLP845R. Very pleased with the Piano. Toby Ingram at Bonners was very helpful. We had an unexpected delay in delivery due to Yamaha shipping problems but Toby pursued this for us and also ensured that we still had the cash back offer that was running at the time of purchase. A very good range of pianos at the showroom with no sales pressure to buy.

Great experience from purchasing to delivering and installing thanks

Absolutely loved our visit and subsequent purchase of my beautiful Yamaha Clavinova in polished ebony. Ollie could not have been more helpful. I had him flying around between many digital keyboards, and with his patience and support, chose my dream purchase. Ollie thank you for your care, patience and knowledge. Loving my Clavinova and my 'Ebony' is sitting in pride of place in our garden room.

It was with a degree of trepidation that I made a 3 hour drive each way to visit Bonners Music in Milton Keynes to try out various keyboards and part exchange the one I had. I made the drive because they were the only place in the North of England that had all of the keyboards I wanted to try in stock - plus others I hadn't considered. I was glad that I did. I went on a weekday so the shop was quiet so I could do a lot of comparing and at no time felt under any pressure to buy or hurry up. All the staff there were exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. Furthermore they gave me a good part exchange deal on my old keyboard (which was in mint condition) and I am delighted with my new one. I would definitely put them high on my list for any subsequent purchase of a keyboard or piano.
