I was given some sample gold tea teabags at this years chatworths country show. It was a good move by Ringtons as we are now a regular customer and just wouldn't dream of buying anything else. we order online and delivery usually comes in around 3 days. really have renewed our love of tea and everybody that comes over comments on what a nice cuppa it is

Salesmen keep turning up every week saying we've made an order and therefore need to pay them but we've done no such thing! I was given a leaflet by a salesman and that was that. You can't bully your way into getting new customers, it's disgusting.

Edit: I don't want to call to complain as I'm worried it will cause further problems as they know where I live and might know who's complaining. They've started coming twice a week now, it's horrible.

I've been a Ringtons customer for many years because their products are second to none. I've recently started to order my items from them directly online, which is more convenient for me rather than the door-to-door service. The items are sent out promptly and arrive on time. I can't praise them highly enough.

We ordered a biscuit bundle box for Xmas the best thing is you can add your own choices and the breakfast teabags are our favourite so I normally order 8 packs at at time so we never run out

Excellent service, & prompt delivery. I learned that Ringtons were doing a new selection of teas, including mint, & camomile. I have tried them, & they are absolutely delicious. Great if you want a little break from caffeine.

I have been placing orders for many years without problem. I hope my most recent was a one off as at least two packets of ginger biscuits were completely smashed. Not like Ringtons at all.
