Not a bad product, love all the biscuits, gold tea,

Very fast despatch (on a Sunday I think) and delighted with the decaf tea, due to its strength of a ‘normal’ cuppa and no bitter taste. The triple choc biscuits are award winning for a reason… they are delicious. Thanks again and also to Northern Nic on FB for the suggestion of Ringtons tea. It’s wasn’t an ad, but it made me look them up as I’m not from the North East.

Love the tea and biscuits going to try the coffee next

Easy ordering . Delivery great. Never had your flavoured tea before but they are lovely will certainly order again.

Hampers
I buy the hampers to give as gifts when I do not know what to buy for someone who has everything. I get pleasure from their really good reaction as I watch them open their gift. Never once disappointed. Thank you Ringtons.

We often received Ringtons as gifts from my brother and sister-in-law and love the teas and biscuits, particularly the gingersnaps.
We decided to order some things ourselves and found the customer service as good as the products.

As I have explained before I have been a customer for more than 40 years. And I am extremely happy with my teas and other things I have bought from you over them years. Your service and product quality as got better. You have also made the door step delivery experience transfer to modern technology of on line shopping a great experience too. Used to have regular fortnightly delivery but became unreliable so decided to do on line delivery. Much better and have regular monthly delivery, fingers crossed.
Use traditional valley view tea leaves and whole bean coffee. Highly recommend both

Love the decaf teabags, also got the luxury wafers, choc chip cookies, fruit cookies & the ginger snaps, absolutely delicious.
Delivery was quick and price was reasonable.

Gold blend teabags. Very tasty, not bitter so pleased with taste. Sent for first lot by post to trial, postage expensive. But have now arranged a monthly visit, rang head office to arrange this very helpful staff member.

What can I say.... the biscuits are deliciously gorgeous and what a selection.
We received a hamper with teabags and biscuits for Xmas and were absolutely hooked.
Easy to order and a quick delivery - good packaging with no broken biscuits.

Ringtons have changed the packaging and size of their green tea previously £2.25 for 50 tea bags now £1.60 for 20 tea bags making the new cost equivalent £4 for 50 tea bags what a price hike ! Their excuse well apparently they are making it inline with their other herbal teas !! They need to do more research green tea is not and never has been herbal.
