SCAM!!!!!!

What has happened to RingVan?????? used to be great.
I got a confirmation email of my booking.
Did not get any tracking information or confirmation on the day and NO ONE TURNED UP!!!!!
Wasted a day waiting in
You can not call because they have disconnected their phone number show on the web site.
3 emails and no response
They stole my money and ran away
Try ANYVAN at least they showed up

Extremely disappointing. My job was cancelled 20 minutes before the start of the time slot I’d paid extra for. No explanation and leaving me in a difficult situation. The cancellation was from ProRemovals (clearly mis-named) so Ringvan’s new model seems to be farming their jobs out. Ringvan’s customer service has gone completely silent too. I won’t be considering this company again.

This is not the same company I’ve used at least 4 times now. The last time was not so great. 1 man showed up even though they advertise always sending 2 men. Decided we had too much stuff and refused to send someone else to help. Then charged me an extra £15 on top of what was agreed. To be fair , the one guy that showed up did it on his own and was helpful but the customer service was nonexistent. Have also sent an email and never received a reply. Will not use them again. Completely different experience! Down to no 2 uniformed guys, no ringvan logo truck ( as before) and no notifications. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because I can’t fault the guy who showed up as he did his job.

Excellent service! The guys were so friendly and very helpful. So professional! I recommend! P.S: the price, compared with other companies, was a bargain!

The best removal company , great job as usual .

The guys were really supportive and reassuring that the move from my flat to a storage unit would be successful and they made it a stress free experience for me.

The movers went above and beyond in getting the sofa through our window when it wouldn’t fit through the door. So helpful, determined and professional, with clear communication throughout. Highly recommend!
