I'm writing this review with regret, This establishment treats loyal clients like dirt beneath their shoes. Pay to make an appointment, no engagement one minute, the next you're bombarded with messages to change your appointment. It's head spinning. And they aggressively force all responsibility for any confusion with scheduling on you. No reminders, no respectful engagement, no courtesies, just heavy handedness. No thanks. I'll find a professional that treats me with dignity and respect.

Riverpoint are fantastic , Dr Emily Clarke and all the staff there are so professional and caring and I would highly recommend them after my experiences and dealings I’ve had with them

I have been attending Riverpoint for a number of years now dealing mainly with Dr Emily Clarke and the hygienist. I’ve had extensive work done and have had great results every time, never any complications. The staff are professional but also very personable, especially for nervous patients. I highly recommend the team at Riverpoint, everyone down to the ladies at reception are lovely.

I attended Riverpoint Dental Specialists Clinic-to get my tooth restored several weeks ago; and was very pleased with the care and the result. Dr Padraic McCaulliffe , Louise and everyone else from his team were caring, professional and personable at the same time. Dr McCaullife advised me in great detail during every step of the process, being considerate of the costs involved, and talking me through best possible options.
I was seen by periodontist Emily Clarke to get my bone graft done ahead of the tooth implant. I also had an appointment with a specialist hygienist in the same hub post implantation, where I was shown how to best look after my implant. It was very convenient to have access to all the specialists involved in the process in the same building. All went well and I’m already forgetting I had a problem. I’d undoubtedly recommend Dr Padraig McCaullife’s team to family and friends.

I’ve been attending Riverpoint Specialist Dental Clinic for a few years now, having been referred by my own dentist. I’ve had quite a lot of work done by Dr Clarke and Dr McAuliffe and I still attend every few months to see Deirdre Flannery for dental hygiene treatments. The dentists, hygienists and nurses are all excellent and the appointments are managed very efficiently by the friendly reception team.

Had a number of visits to Padraig McAuliffe, he was very patient and understanding that I wasn't looking forward to the treatment. He explained everything, took his time and really settled my nerves and did an excellent job. I can't say enough about Louise and Clara on his team.....they answered my questions via email, over the phone and when met them in person they were so welcoming, attentive and would have no issues attending the clinic in the future if needed as the team look after you so well.

I have been a patient of Dr Clarke and Deirdre Flannery for the past number of years. The service is always professional and friendly, led by Lisa in reception. Most importantly, there has been a substantial improvement in my dental health under the care of this clinic and I would highly recommend them for advanced dental care and hygiene.

I recently attended with Dr Emily Clarke for a difficult implant placement, which involved a bone graft. I have previously had other dental work done with Emily.
She is so informative and reassuring and is without doubt an expert in her field. I trust that she always does her utmost on my behalf. Thanks also to her secretary Lisa for her friendliness and nothing is a problem attitude.
This is a specialist dental practice of the highest standard and I have no hesitation in recommending them 100%.

Going to the dentist is never a pleasant thought, but the staff at Riverpoint Specialist Dental Clinic ensure the experience is as good as it can be. The reception staff are welcoming and professional. I attend Deirdre, the dental hygienist, on a regular basis. I couldn't speak highly enough of Deirdre. She is a lovely person and puts you at ease the minute you enter the room. She is also very careful, ensuring that she gets the job done, but without too much pain or stress. She is also fantastic at answering any questions you have and great to give advice about good oral hygiene. Overall I have had only positive experiences with my procedures in Riverpoint Specialist Dental Clinic and my teeth have never been in better shape.

I visit riverpoint dental surgery three times a year for to see Deirdre the dental hygienist. My experience is fantastic, excellent injection technique and always asks if I’m ok. Deirdre always asks me about life outside of my dental appointment and I feel fully relaxed for the procedure ahead. I highly recommend Deirdre for anyone looking for a professional and kind hygienist at a reasonable cost. €160 by the way but I get fully numbed.

I was not looking forward to any of the procedures that I had to undertake. Everyone of the staff were excellent in reassuring and elevating my concerns. You need to have complete trust in the team who are dealing with you and I do have 100% in the team at Riverpoint. Emily, Padraig, Collette, Deirdre, Lisa etc are not only professional but also very personable. That is obvious from all reviews where you will see individual names mentioned. Extremely happy with service and outcome of same

Emily and her team are very professional and with excellent care given to me in the years I have been going there I would be very happy to recommend to anyone.

Dr Emily Clarke and all the staff at Riverpoint are fantastic. I've had three procedures with Emily and each time she has been professional, clear and concise as to the process. She has laid out all the options available to me and the cost associated with each option. She takes the time to discuss everything with me, I have never felt rushed. Deirdre, the hygienist, is also excellent and extremely thorough. Lisa in reception is so nice to deal with, she always works to ensure I have an appointment that suits me and my schedule. Emily and her team have improved my oral health in a number of ways. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr Clarke.

Emily Clarke is in it for the money. She is so rough that your jaw will be killing you. She does not care about the patients. Go anywhere else. Drive to dublin if you have to! It'll be worth the drive. I wish I had reviewed this dentist practice beforehand.

Go anywhere else in the country if it's Emily Clarke you've to see. Please don't waste your money. She doesn't care and you're only an atm card and a number to her.

Deirdre the hygienist cleaned my teeth today and she was brilliant. A very kind and warm person! I am usually quite sore after a clean but my gums feel great, it was the best clean I’ve had she really took her time and my teeth feel great

I've been attending riverpoint dental clinic for eight years now and have only had brilliant experiences. From the minute you walk through the door the receptions greet you with a smile and a welcoming face, Dr. Emily Clarke is extraordinary at what she does and Deirdre my hygienist is such a calming and warm presence that has been a comfort to me from the minute I sit in the chair to the minute I leave my appointment. I would certainly recommend riverpoint specialist dentist to anyone considering them as an option. :)

Very positive experience after being referred for implant by my own dentist. Receptionist Team are very obliging with appointments and scheduling times to suit me. I was very nervous about tooth extraction but Dr. Emily & nursing staff put me right at ease & explained each step in detail. I received check up call after procedure to make sure I was healing well. Have also attended Dr Mcauliffe & hygienist. All in all very professional & friendly.

I have been attending Dr Padraig McAuliffe prosthodontist for two years now with a complicated treatment plan that included going to another practice for orthodontic treatment. During this time and from the very first visit Padraig & his fabulous nursing team, Louise & Clara & his lovely secretary Margaret have been extremely kind, understanding & supportive. Even during my time of orthodontic visits to another practice in Galway Padraig & the girls made sure that I stayed in touch & kept them updated on my treatment. Every visit has been extremely positive, met by Margaret’s smile going in the door & Louise or Clara’s reassuring voices a little while later. Padraig has been patient, professional , upbeat & an absolute gentleman from start to finish. He listened to my concerns at each step & quietly took them on board, never judging me or making me feel I was asking too much he wanted me to be genuinely happy with the end result, which I absolutely am . I can’t thank the team in Riverpoint enough for giving me the smile I never thought possible, for being genuinely lovely kind professional people & for making the whole Journey from start to finish a pleasure. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
